If one orders from Amazon, everything is cheaper, but we don't like Amazon for obvious reasons. Even in comparison with other stores, their prices are pretty high. On the other hand, it is convenient. Driving to a big box store is to be avoided at all costs. Best part of the store is the young and professional staff. They are always extremely pleasant. We really hope that management recognizes how hard they work and how good they are at their jobs. The young cashiers are bright and full of life, and always polite and pleasant. They were also willingly to direct you to the correct aisle if you can't find what you're looking for at the moment.

My daughter was very upset and they didn't do anything, they acted rude and didn't even apologize.

Many of the products they have for the most part have a decent selection, although, some of them look like they're going to break based on the quality. Plus, there overpriced for the majority of it. Customer service could be better in many ways, especially when coming in and leaving. It's also understaffed which draws even more frustration. Hard to say about this store, as it feels worse than a dollar store.
