Store really organized, I was pleasantly surprised. It isn't a dollar anymore though, don't be fooled. A $1.25 or more, some sections including items $5 and $7. But hey, still a good selection for your value. Plus they are carrying more and more brand names and "dupes" especially in the beauty section. The store is very organized and clean and extremely well stocked. The staff and manager are also very nice. However, while most of the items have gone up, I do have a problem with cans that clearly say 1.25 on them, a red sticker is put on all of the cans so that instead of paying 1.25 you are paying the increased price of 1.50. This is specific to the crider chicken cans. Allow the cans that say 1.25 to stay that way until you receive new stock which do in fact say 1.50. I don't believe this is legal. You cannot just put a round sticker on them blocking the1.25. I have an issue with this. The manager should make this right. read more

Sunita is very rude and unfriendly, she doesn't greet you and she threw my items in my bag, suggestion maybe keep her in the back of the store because the cashiers are the heart of the store and bad attitudes like hers can harm businesses. read more

The store is not wheelchair accessible with all the boxes and pallets left in the aisles creating quite the mess. Also issues with teenage kids causing disruptions, while not the staffs fault it still contributes to uncomfortable shopping experience. I'll stick to other locations in the area. read more

Nice employees, crap management. Don't do a store pick-up/online order from this location. Went in yesterday to get an order and had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to mosey in from his break because employees aren't authorized to confirm your pick-up. No compensation for our wasted time was given, just a lukewarm apology. I will say that the employees there went above and beyond and were very helpful. It wasn't their fault--it's incompetent management that's to blame. If you're short-staffed, it's your job as store manager to figure it out. You get paid more because this is your responsibility. Please start doing your job and not leaving your employees (and customers) out to dry! It's too bad: This store used to be one of my favorite Dollar Tree locations, but it's really done downhill recently (as evidenced in the other reviews.) AVOID! read more

It's another Dollar Tree. Yes it right off Washington St and viable from 128/I-95. You know the one. It a big store , as I have seen some smaller ones. Everything's a dollar, and they do have some useful items. I get janitorial supplies for work here and stock up regularly. The parking lot is a pain, but that is the only neg I can think of. read more

Woburn location is always an unorganized mess and the cashiers are arrogant. Went in last night, store isnt crowded only 2 cashiers, I go to cashier #1 she says " Gonna be a long wait you should go over the other register, cashier #2( black female) she says " Im working with another customer you're gonna be waiting a while she went to find something" I asked her why she couldnt ring me up she says in nasty voice " cause I cant". Another women needed help with balloons and the cashier told her nobody is available and it will be a long wait, in the meantime employees are wandering around the unorganized disaster of a store.I stood waiting over 5 minutes and again asked why she couldnt ring me in and I got an eyeroll , after she FINALLY rang me up black cashier lady started laughing loudly as I walked out the store. I love The Tree. I am not poor by any means -but I love to be an X-treme Cheapskate, it's fun! I've been here a few times and I come here for the food. I often stock up on the Stampede brand Rib-Eye Steaks. Yes. It's a buck and it's not that bad -my dad eats 'em also. They are tenderized with bromelain (a pineapple enzyme). These are real meat too. I also dig the Fast Bites brand nukeable Cheeseburger, Rib Sandwich, Breakfast Sausage Biscuit, etc. Check out the Larry the Cable Guy brand Biscuits and Gravy -quite yummy. Hot Pockets are a buck too. I also get TGIF Potato Skin Chips. Peep out the Lobster Eggrolls -they are tasty in a gross-kinda way. They also got Rockstar Energy Drinks for a buck. While we were in the area, Bestie and I decided to stop by this location to pick up a few things our local store was out of. Many of the shelves were empty, and trolleys of stock blocked many aisles. The staff was busy replenishing the holiday stock (we visited in early December) and seemed to ignore the rest of the store. The good news was that we managed to find a couple of the items we needed, but not everything (basics!) was available. We understand that certain products are not always available, but it seemed this store was out of everything! read more

I've shopped at several Dollartees in MA,NH, etc. This one by far is the worst location. The stock is everywhere and I found the aisles difficult to navigate. Cleanliness is also an issue at this particular store. The customer service at the time I was there I found basically non-existent . What really irritated me was that being a warm day I purchased a cold drink... A can of soda. I put 5 items in all on the belt, paid for them and left the store. Before I got to my car nearly across the parking lot, I noticed the can wasn't in my bag... I went back into the store and right over to the clerk who rang up my purchase. I saw that the can was in his possession - not where it should have been. I don't want to make accusations, but to me it looked a sure bet he planned on drinking it. I stood there and as nicely as possible made it clear I had purchased the can & he hadn't put it in the bag. If looks could kill..... Not an I'm sorry - somehow I missed putting it in your bag. Or, anything else. He gave it to me ... and I left. It may only be a $1 can of soda, but I bought it to drink it on.my drive to work..... The only thing that can go wrong with a Dollar Tree is the customer service. At first, this one had a bit of trouble, so I called to let them know that good customer service would be appreciated. (I was nice about it) Well, they have fixed the problem and all is good in the Dollar world. It's convenient - although Washington Street in Woburn is a PAIN IN THE "you know where", almost any time of the day. It's not as stocked as the one in North Reading (Still my fave) but it does have some things that I frequently buy. Not bad. read more

I do like the dollar tree, however, the last 2 times I was there I purchased Dog cookies and dry cat food..the expiration date was past. I would think that the manager would make sure that he checks on this periodically. The one in brighton is better as far as checking for past expiration. read more

I had the worst experience at this Dollar Tree. The store was very disorganized. When I went to the register to pay for my items, an employee Allyson was completely ignoring me because she was eating a tray of cheesy nachos. I had to loudly clear my throat to get her attention. When she turned around to see me she didn't acknowledge me at all. No greeting or apology for ignoring me. She then went on to lick her fingers and cough into her hands and then touch my items. It was so disgusting I could not get out of there fast enough. As she was finishing up my transaction, she had cheese all over her chin. It was a very unprofessional experience. Allyson has to be retrained on proper customer service and better personal hygiene. read more
