Honestly- it would be more beneficial for them if they had a tiered pricing system. Because $9 for a party banner (something I can get for $1.25 from dollar tree) is not worth it! My only gripe is that often the self check-out stations are out of order. But that's not really an issue because the cashiers are very efficient and if there's a line, it moves quickly.
