Darren's customer service skills are unmatched and I'm so glad that he was there to help us. The chain carries a lot of name brands like Adidas, Nike and Hoka's. The overall store in my opinion has not been as strong, but the selection has been every bit as good. They like others have cut back on staff and it can be challenging to get help when shopping. Customer service is not nearly what it used to be. When checking out the cashier was downright not friendly. So this four-star is much more about a single experience with Darren than the overall store experience through the years. If you need some shoes, ask for Darren.

The balloons last for months and are extremely reasonably priced. Due to staffing there might be a short wait for your choices to be helium filled. But it's worth the wait. I've bought much more expensive balloons that didn't even stay inflated until the birthday celebration began. Another product class I purchase are gift bags and party supplies.
