Trosa is located on Peters Creek Hwy in the Food Lion strip center at the Clemmonsville exit. It's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking which I love. Right inside the door is their whole furniture section, they have tons of tables, chairs, dressers , etc. they even have a whole section of office specific furniture. The prices are very reasonable. This would be a furniture flippers paradise. Towards the back they have shelves of everything from pillows to whole sets of dishes, sports equipment and the most medical mobility equipment I've ever seen anywhere. I'd say, if you are in need of a walker, a bath seat or portable toilet for someone look here because they probably have it at a fraction of the cost it would be to purchase new or rent. The clothing is grouped all together but they aren't keeping it organized as well as it needs to be. All different sizes were mixed in together and I quickly got frustrated and gave up. Both of us had found an item in the kitchen area we wanted so we headed to check out. The workers were very friendly as well. I'll definitely be checking out Trosa regularly in the future. Trosa supports substance abuse treatment. If you want to donate to them, they offer pick up for larger items or you can bring your items to their donation drop off around the back of the store. My son and I looked around and I found glasses I needed for a dollar a piece. I was exited because this was something I needed and would save me a lot of money. The employee who checked us out was super nice. He gave us mor einfo about the store and gave my son a free item because he was wearing a Star wars shirt. I will be back when I am in need of items for my home.

When I was there it contained not just the usual old furniture and junk, but a gigantic new old stock tool section. Think if Northern Tool and Harbor Freight had a love child and decided to bring in some actual name brands in for the ride! As a tool user I was absolutely hooked. Your mileage may vary, but mine was well worth the drive.

It's multi-storied (2 & 1/2 - 3 perhaps?) with stairs going in different directions. You can get quite a workout walking around. They have a little bit of everything, from furniture to clothes, from knickknacks to costume jewelry, etc. The prices seemed to be a bit high to me, but that might be par for the area. I did find some really nice shirts for my adult kids at decent prices. The place appeared pretty clean for me, so I don't know where the comments on it being dirty are coming from. It is a thrift shop that sells used items, so I would never expect it to be brand new clean, all spic & span. The workers were pleasant to deal with.

The restrooms were clean and well supplied for a 330 Saturday afternoon. Pricing is good, not always better than Walmart, but less problematic. Product selection is what I would expect from from an outlet store. Found several good deals even better than the local Walmart. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Only comments I can made about staff are they did not know the address of this store, had no idea what "Yelp" is and seemed very concerned when I returned to the front of the store for a shopping cart. I am guessing that shoplifting may be a real problem for his location. But I do appreciate a store that takes the problem seriously because that means they are trying to keep prices down for those of us who don't shoplift. Check out was quick and the line moved well. Another plus since I hate checkout lines. Over all a great store with good staff and I would recommend this location.

I arrived today to pick up a couch I purchased last week. Shelly said there was no one to help me…read morewith it and suggested I come back later. I said I needed to pick it up now. She wordlessly put the hand trucks next to the couch and walked away. She made no effort to wrap/protect the furniture and acted thoroughly annoyed the entire time. There was never any indication I needed to make an appointment for a pickup. Will not be buying anything else from going twice.

The staff greeted us right away, were super friendly, and never hovered - just the perfect balance. They explained that they could order upholstered furniture made by local North Carolina manufacturers in a variety of syles and fabrics. We spent a relaxed hour or so looking at floor models, picking out fabrics, and taking home some swatches. A day later (after measuring twice and holding swatches up to our walls a few times), we placed the order. The pieces were built and delivered on time and looked even better than we imagined - exactly what we wanted. Then, a few days after delivery, we noticed an awful creaking noise every time we sat on the loveseat. We called the store immediately. Initially they told us warranty issues go through the manufacturer, and honestly that's when things got frustrating. The manufacturer was painfully slow (borderline unresponsive) and weeks went by with almost no progress. That's when Susan at Going Twice stepped in and completely turned the situation around. Once we let the store know we were hitting dead-ended with the manufacturer, Susan took ownership. She stayed on top of them, pushed the claim through, and kept us updated the entire time. Yesterday the replacement loveseat arrived - it's gorgeous and (most importantly) 100% creak-free. Thank you, Susan, and the whole Going Twice team, for standing behind what you sell and taking such good care of your customers. You didn't have to go the extra mile, but you did, and we are so grateful. We'll absolutely be back for future furniture needs!
