Store was very clean and organized. They had a nice selection of things in the store. Service was great and the value is still okay. You really can't beat a true 'dollar' store. Everything is $1 or less. Now, you do have to be careful if you are really pinching your pennies (and I always am because I am thrifty like that!), some things are actually cheaper at Walmart! GASP! Say it ain't so!?! Yes, it is true... It is a great place to grab a greeting card on the cheap! and right now they have bags of candy for $1 for Halloween! That is a deal right there! You can find pretty much anything here, sometimes it's an off-brand name but if you are cool with that, then go for it! I mean... generic is just another name for 'thrifty'! hehehe This store is always clean, and for the most part the employees are pleasant. Some of the worst customer service I've ever recieved. They not only don't do cash back, but don't offer any returns what so ever. I will do without before i deal with these people ever again. read more

The cooperate Office will be getting a complaint letter from me tonight. The employee in that store Angela is perhaps on drugs or need physiatrist help. This lady was so rude because I rang the bell at her counter for her to come and help me at her counter that she came up and was throwing my glass frames and candle holders around saying she thought she cut her light off. This lady became very beligerent and irate when I told her man if you break those I am not going to pay for them. I am a disabled senior citizen who had been waiting at her counter for 10 minutes in pain 5 people had been checked out on the other isle if I felt strong enough to pout all the items back and take them out again I would have moved. Even the other staff called her on the intercom and she did not respond. I have never been intimidated and insulted this bad by any employee in all of my life. She continued to argue at me all the way out the door. I was really speaking in a calm voice to her the entire time but she continued to escalate. Being a psychiatric nurse for 30 years I am well aware of situations with people that I need to remain calm. And try to calm the person, this tactic did not work, please beware when you encounter this employee I will have to not shop in Macclenny,Fl. Dollar tree because I am fearful this lady might be dangerous. read more
