Of course, the produce selection is always amazing and fresh at Walmart. Walmart has never disappointed me in their grocery department, as well as other areas in the store. The staff are on top of everything and willing to assist you with anything and everything you need in the store. I was disappointed that there was no greeter in the front of the store to greet us as we walked into the store. Since that is what Walmart is known for, I was expecting to be greeted by someone when I walked into the store, but no such luck. It is not a big deal to me, but something the management should look into going forward. Other than that, this Walmart is wonderful for Macclenny, FL and the residents are lucky to have this store in town.

I asked if she could please radio in the back for a confirmation and she radioed in for a confirmation and by this time the store manager came up and helped me locate my order and I asked very apologetic as she said she did not get notified until the last radio call. The manager was beyond helpful and she is the reason why I am giving 3 stars instead of none. They do have a good assortment of home goods that are reasonably priced.

My husband received his incomplete gift and the lack of follow-up from Bealls is very frustrating, they have very bad customers services, they didn't cared or apologized to me, I asked them to send me an email as a record, since they collected the money, Patricia didn't do it. These experiences confirm to me once again why Amazon is so successful, they have an outstanding service and they take responsibility for what they sell and how they respond to a request, since we can all have errors and losses, the difference is how we respond to that situation. . Finally I spoke with four customer services representative none of them transferred to a manager, all of them said different answer about what they are going to do, and I have a charge in my bank account regarding the jacket I never received and the tracking number goes to nowhere. Bealls will not be an option the next time I shop. I highly recommend do not use them.

The customer service counter was overseen by a wonderful woman named, Anne, who has customer service as an innate talent. I spoke with her over the telephone before embarking on my trek to Orange Park to visit this store. She really represents Bealls well unseen over the phone to meeting her in person. The visuals, merchandising and ADA spacing was all colorful and pleasing to the eye and represents the season. Whether clothing or shoes presented on tables or wardrobe fixtures, they were sized and impactful based upon availability and smart design flow and floor plan-o-grams. As a rule of thumb, I'm more of a specialty retail shopper over a department store because of the varied offerings rather than the one particular item of focus I'm in search of. But I was impressed with this department store and the designer selections that doesn't look dated, catering to more senior-like feeling products and clothing fabrics and textiles. I decided to visit this Belk in St. Marys because I had a work assignment near. The store is pretty old but well kept. There isn't a ton of other clothing stores near. I guess the Belk is still kicking because Kingsland/St. Marys has an active military community with a lot of military wives. I decided to browse the different clothing areas. A lot of the clothes are geared for the older lady, but they also have a few areas that can be good for a younger lady. I found a few work out shirts and some other random clothing item for 50% off. The cashier also found me an additional 30% off which was super nice. I enjoyed the store because I actually found of few items that I didn't really think I needed, but it was nice to have. Now each year when we come to the area, I make sure to get in a trip to Beall's at least once to peruse and shop. Beall's is located right in town in Chiefland, at the end of a strip mall. It shares a parking lot with the other businesses in the strip, but there are always spots available. We visited on a Saturday morning this past July, and had no trouble finding somewhere to park. I have personally never visited this store when there was an overwhelming crowd, but there are usually at least a few others shopping at any given time. It is really the only department-esque store in the town, so I would imagine a lot of locals come here to do their shopping for clothing and home items if they do not want to drive to a more major city. If you have never been to Beall's, I would describe it as a mix between a Burlington Coat Factory/TJ Maxx/Kohl's. They have a healthy selection of clothes for all (men, women, children), home decor, accessories, house supplies, gifts, and more. It is definitely a store you can spend some time in just looking around at all of the different selection and variety of items. It also seems like the inventory rotates, so you never quite know what you will find, which is part of the fun! The prices and value here are fair. I would compare it to that of a TJ Maxx in this regard. It is considered an outlet, so presumably they will have brands at slightly lower prices than you may find in a department store. Anytime I have visited this location, the staff have been friendly and helpful. I have never had bad service, nor have I personally ever heard of anyone else having bad service here, either! I am glad that this store exists in Chiefland. As stated, there is not really another store like it in the town or general area, so it is great for those who do not want to drive a significant distance for a new outfit or something for their home.
