Staff was knowledgeable and polite and I made them earn their wages for two hours lol but I spent 1300 bucks on stuff I've been looking for and couldn't find for the last few years. I asked the cashier about the return policy , and she called the Byron, GA, store and talked to the manager, Salem Okasha. The Manager said that I could return furniture if it's new in the box. I opened one box, and parts were missing. I decided to buy the missing parts for that item from another store. On 6/11/26 I took 4 unopened boxes back to Dealz Outlet for a refund, and that is when I was told no refunds. I see now that the manager lied to me; they just wanted to make a big sale. This is a dishonest business, and I want my money back.
