The store changed hands recently and sadly customer service has gone down drastically. The former owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming and really made you feel happy to be in the store. Last time we went in after the new owners took over and remodeled the store is very nice, although a little too crowded to shop and you definitely wouldn't be able to manouver a stroller around, no one spoke to us at all outside of telling us what our total was. Another disappointing change was the lack of boys clothing. More than half of the store was all girls. It would be nice to find some boys things as well.

The last time I stepped into Burlington, they had coat factory behind the name, so I was not sure what to expect. When I walked in, it looked like a cross between Ross and Goodwill. It did not at all look like a brand new store that opened a couple of months ago in November. Everything was unorganized. The home goods section had some nice items, but many items were broken or dirty. I must admit they had a nice selection of women's coats with great prices. I ended up purchasing 3 coats. I did not encounter the staff until I checked out. The customer service was friendly and professional. If you are looking for a good find and have time to look at everything, you might come across some good deals.

I got excited because I was visiting my brother and his family, so since we are literally in the MIDDLE of nowhere GEORGIA, it was cool to find our kids some clothes for a deal. We got there and the signs were so misleading, please read all signs! The signs were purposely flopped so that you see a shirt/shorts/pants you think WHAT A DEAL... then you look again and the items doesn't even match the sign posted at all. Or when I looked at the sweater and there was 2 signs on the one bar. That's right... TWO, so I had to see what sign goes to which item. It was a first for me to ever see a bar-sign in a clothing store like that. My cashier didn't even give me my receipts, I had to reach out and take it off the register myself because he was too focused on getting my sister in law to sign up for the old navy card... and yes, I did ask for my receipt, IGNORED, and yes I did point and ask if the receipt still in the printer is mine, IGNORED. I didn't think it was mine because there was a lot printed on the paper and it's the end of receipt roll color running through the entire receipt. Deals, if you find it, worth it. I will say that the mobile order and pickup at this Target is very reliable and fast! Both times I pulled up to the parking space and employees were already waiting for me. This Target has a great selection of items; I could wander the aisles all day! I gave it only 3 stars because of how this Target handles COVID-19. When walking into the store, there is a sign that says masks are required. However, there were several customers who weren't wearing masks and employees were not enforcing it.

The Starbucks at this location is the WORST! I went to order a drink for me, my man and our…read moredaughter and the lady behind the register said "we don't have that drink" so I simply said "ma'am it's right there on your menu like word for word" she then stated well we're out of it right now so I asked her for any drink that was similar. She proceeded to check us out and gave my daughter her drink and my man and everyone else in line and never gave me mine. My man then said my lady didn't get her drink which she then "stated well what did she get" I informed her of what I got where she then stated "didn't I tell you we don't have that." I then said "yes ma'am and then we ordered a drink that you said was similar that you did have and yet I'm still sitting here without a drink." The young lady then walked from behind the counter and walked off into the target store. Horrible attitude and service, we will not be going back to this Starbucks and possibly not the target as well.
