I emailed Rudy Rack asking if they could build the rack that would suit all of my bikes, including two Fat Tire Bikes, I was immediately contacted by Ashley. Ashley was instrumental in assuring me that they would get with her engineers to make sure the rack can be built to accommodate the bikes I need to store and still be able to roll it around in my garage. I had good experiences with two specific employees. I explained to Janel my upcoming project and she thoroughly helped me pick out all the supplies I needed. She offered tips and advice that saved me time in my projects. Gage was also amazing. I was struggling to get a wood stain to match my ceiling's current stain color.
