He explained all of the options, comfort levels, etc. We let him know that these kids were sleeping on the floor, soo he was able to get an opening for a Thursday delivery verses Saturday! We also let him know that they were poor college students & he gave them additional 10% off of the sale price & offered them free delivery to Stevens Point. This was all wonderful...but the most important part of our visit was when my son accidentally overpaid Chris Heufer an additional $20-$25... As my son wasn't aware of & Chris recounted the money & said "Hey, you overpaid me"!!!! Thanks for being so ethical. That is very hard to find these days! Thanks for a great experience!
