There are always a lot of clearance and interesting new items. I like that they carry higher end make up and have better quality items than other box stores. The staff are friendly and helpful. When there are too many people waiting in line, a register opens up immediately or they will take you up at the Service Center. Couponers are appreciated! The employees are knowledgable and they don't scoff or cringe when you have to do an extreme order. Their bathrooms are also well maintained and cleaner than most public places.

Then a few days later I receive a letter on the mail saying that I pumped gas And that "I LEFT WITHOUT PAYING"! Then they say if I don't pay their calling the cops on me. Today it happens for the third occasion, I payed at the pump, pumped my gas and the machine would give me the receipt so I walk inside and ask for my receipt and both the cashier and the manager very rudely tell me that they cannot give me my receipt because I have not payed for the gas I pumped. Now I would like to know if there is a corporate number where I can call and complain because your pump don't work and I've been called a thief several times because of this. It's ridiculous!
