I've been to my fair share of game stores, but this one stands out specifically. Their shelves are always neat and organized, their employees are knowledgable and are always willing to help and they have a true passion for video games. Have never had any issues with anything pre-owned I've purchased, but if I did, the store has a solid return policy anyways. Their trade-ins aren't always the best, but with a business as big as they are, I can't even begin to imagine what sort of used inventory they deal with at a corporate wide level. I was in the store with my friends and the store closed and no one told us and an employee came up to us and said they closed 10 minutes ago and i said "oh sorry I didn't know "and the employee said " well we are a store so we close" overall rude staff worst game stop I've been to I do not recommend. read more

Horrible horrible went it with u brother and girlfriend my brothers 14 I'm 20 and my girlfriend is 18 I go to pick out a game and buy it and the freak girl behind the counter says that she can't sell me the game because my brother and my girlfriend doesn't have a id I began telling her I'm 20 and this game is for me and I tell her if I'm with a little baby and the baby doesn't have a I'd they won't sell me the game they began telling me of the guardian of my brother was with us then she can sell ME the game I began telling her I'm his guardian becuase my mom I disabled and can't leave the house the she begins to tell me that if I buy the game and give it to my brother it's the exact same as if I buy him cigs or alcohol these people are delusional and the lady that works there is stuck up I'm 20 years old and have a I'd and I can't sell me a game because I'm with my brother and girlfriend I'm glad I didn't spend my 20$ there I went to gaming generations and bought 2 games for the price of one if I could I wouldn't rate this store no stars it should get negative stars that store is out of there mind.
