I stopped into the store because my Turbo 2 was having charging issues, and my phone was close to dying completely. I worked with Steven Potter, the store manager. He was incredibly knowledgeable with the device and knew EXACTLY what to do!! Mr. Potter took the lead and went about getting me setup with a warranty replacement device, and even hooked me up with a great price on a wireless charger so I could use my phone until the replacement arrived!! When I returned to the store the very next day, Mr. Potter greeted me kindly at the door, BY NAME, and he immediately went to work helping activate and setup my new replacement device! I have never been treated so kindly in a cellular store, and I will never shop anywhere else for phones and service again!! I've been a Verizon customer for years and have lived in many states so I've experienced a lot of different interactions with customer service representatives. I recently stopped into the Wisconsin rapids store to have my phone looked at and Heather Swanson was the rep who helped me and she was fantastic. She walked me through each step and gave me the proper information about doing an insurance claim. When I went back to have my stuff transferred to my new one she was there and helped me with everything. Out of all the stores I've been too, this is by far the best customer service I've had. I stopped into the Verizon store on 4/18, 4/19, and 4/20 looking to change from a basic phone to smartphone. Heather Swanson was very pleasant to work with, she took the time to work with me one on one, and answered the many questions I had. It takes a great deal of patience to teach someone how to use a smartphone, especially when I've only used a computer. The other employees there were also very friendly, and because of the wonderful experience I encountered in the 3 days I was there, I will be recommending friends to stop in at that store.
