This is one of the messier dollar trees in the area. Organized is not in their vocabulary. There are sections where it's overflowed with stuff or it's empty. I do not fully blame the workers since they are probably understaffed and customers should put stuff back in the right place. Not much selections in the fridge/freezer section. Dealt with 1-2 nice cashiers while the rest seem like they hate their job. I'd go here for convenience, not for preference. read more

Came here yesterday and I won't be back...this dollar tree is so cluttered it's like they want to put everything they have out in the store and you can barley find or get around there without almost tripping on something. I won't be back unless they clean up and keep some items and boxes in the back! read more

Horrible. Literally stood in front of a worker and he proceeded to never look at me and acknowledge that I was asking him a question. I let it go the first time but the second time it was obvious that him ignoring me was intentional. He then proceeded to go to the register and help other customers. I just had the worst customer service. First, the manager walked around and rang up customers while having a personal conversation on his cell phone. When the self-service register malfunctioned, while I was using . I asked for help and he was rude and acted to bothered to help. He yelled at me in front of other customers while walking away and slamming the door to an office. His behavior left me upset and embarrassed. I will never be back to this Dollar Tree. read more

I went to this location (Brookfield Plaza in Springfield VA) today and the manager on duty, Isis has to be the rudest, unprofessional and smart out the mouth worse person I have ever come in contact with. She charged me for something knowing they didn't have it and then had the nerve to say she can't give me my money back. When I tell you corporate will be contacted 1st thing in the morning. I don't know if I am mad she charged me for something she knowing the store didn't have or her telling me she was busy doing something else.. She needs to train at Chic-fil-a to learn what customer service is suppose to be like. If I could give them a forth of a star that is probably what they would get. Now this store......well, has anyone every heard of a vacuum cleaner? Broom? Mop? Trash can? I know I have, but apparently this store hasn't. I stopped in here after running some errands in the shopping center. I wanted to see how it compared to other stores. Well, I found out. Not so good. The store was crowded; stuff in the aisles; stuff on the floor. Just a real messy store. I strolled up and down a few aisles looking for some Arizona Sweet Tea, which I found. Same great price of #1.00. The cashier was polite. I might come back, but only if I am in the neighborhood. TIP: Clear the aisles. Some of us are prone to falling and I'm trying not to own a Dollar Tree store.....but I will if I have to. read more

No one is ever helpful and the staff is very rude! I've given them multiple chances but every time is worse then the last! Never going back!

It's one of the big stores and have all that you're looking for. All for a dollar. there aren't really staff to help you on the floor but it's pretty easy flow and get what you find type of deal. Register is always backed up as there is usually 1 cashier working. The balloon service is fast and efficient when there is someone extra other than the cashier to do it for you. read more

I don't know what happened to this store. The past few months I've stopped by, it has been a disaster area. The whole store is a complete mess. Management non-existent? I can't walk through the aisles without having to push something aside. My child almost fell tripping on something. Lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

They require you to use mask inside this store, even if there's no mandate, no law.... Fully vaccinated people don't spend your dollar there, there's others stores near that don't require silly stuff. Oh!!! Even though I was walking away, the staff put extra effort to force my way out. read more

I am not a huge fan of this shopping center but it has a post office, Jersey Mikes, and a Kung-Fu tea so I find myself stopping in more than usual. I decided to pop in and check out this dollar tree after dropping something off at the post office. It wasn't any different than any other Dollar Tree I have been in. It wasn't a bad size store either. Most of the items at dollar tree are cheap and do not hold up for the long haul, but what can you expect for a dollar. If you want to grab a back of chips or something though, it may be worth it. The laundry hamper I picked up ripped on first use. Again, you get what you pay for. read more

OUTRAGEOUS! (If I could give less then 1 star, I would!) A manager named Amelia acted like a thug when a customer asked the cashier if another cashier was available to help with her line. The first group of customers in line had a lot of small items. The manager told the inquiring customer she could just move up, because a toddler was blocking her from putting her two items on the counter. But the customer noted there was another customer between them with about 50 items in a basket. The manager said, "It isn't that bad." When the customer repeated the comment laughing, the next customer in line laughed, too, repeating it showed a lack of customer service. Apparently embarrassed, the manager tried to take the last customer in line. Then the previous customer said, "I was next," Amelia made a BIG scene saying, "yes, let's get you out of here before you pass out!" Then, as customers approached her register, she kept calling out, "have your money ready, everybody. You have to have your money ready!" I like the stores, and that is not what I normally find at Dollar Tree. read more
