I have never had an issue at the other location, where staff are always courteous and eager to help. Unfortunately, that standard of customer care does not exist here. When I discovered a crucial piece missing from a purchased product --an essential item needed for an upcoming baby, as shown clearly on the box--the staff were neither helpful nor compassionate. Instead of resolving the issue in-store, they shifted the blame to the manufacturer and refused to take ownership. The situation escalated when a manager dismissed the employee I was speaking with, refused to hear me out, literally looked past me, and began assisting the next customer. It was a glaring example of someone inappropriately wielding their authority. I am incredibly frustrated. This experience has completely eroded my trust in this store. I plan to share this widely--not just through online reviews, but within my community. This interaction gave me the clear impression that Target does not stand behind the products they sell, regardless of how much you spend. It makes me hesitant to shop here again.

I went in recently to ask one question, and while it was 5 minutes before closing, the woman behind the counter didn't even greet me or ask me why I was there. She immediately said, "just so you know we close in 5 minutes." I only walked in to ask if they had one specific thing - had she taken one second to ask me what brought me in, she would have understood I had a question and would either be making a purchase or in my way. While this is your standard Dollar Tree location and has majority of the items you swing by for, this location has a limited snack/food section and does not feature refrigerated or frozen items like many other locations. I was not here for cold or frozen food, but did swing by in search of a few particular snacks along with Tupperware. This location did not carry the snacks I was after, but they did have a decent stock of chips and candies. And while the wall of containers was good sized, it was sparsely stocked. I ended up with a few random items, neither of what I was seeking, but I made it work. Service was minimal with one person working, and he was on the register. He was friendly and chatty with all those who went through his line. The store was clean, but worn and a bit disorganized in a few areas. Overall, solid 3.5 and nothing special, seems to be an older footprint and product based Dollar Tree, which is a bit odd in Franklin, but it gets the job done when needed and is fairly convenient when I am in this immediate area.
