I spoke with the manager to brainstorm ways to get the item shipped to me as the distribution center would not pick it up and ship to the store closest to me. The first salesperson put me off after a day or so. I had to call several times to followup on the item for over a week. I needed dimensions for the prepaid shipping label. The salesperson literally could not measure the box and correctly provide L X W X H. The shipping company would get the prepaid label and the store only had to ensure the item was ready for pickup. They were unwilling to assist in coordinating the shipping. The literally missed out on a sale because none of them could proble solve. Very poor customer service!!!

Once our items were paid for, there was little initiative to come through with repairs. Delivery takes a long time and when its delivered broken, there are more complications. We believed that they thought we would just "go away" if they didn't fix the issues. Our salesman was very kind to order us a pillow for our chair as a "sorry for the issues" gift . However, that was August when ordered and if asked about the status of the "gift", he says I have no idea when it will be delivered and chuckles.

The worker manning the framing department (Joseph Z.) heard me out and worked on the piece. Forty-five minutes later, I received a call that my framed photo was ready for pick up! Arriving back at the framing department, Joseph shared with me that he was able to successfully dry-mount the picture (no more wrinkles!), correctly placed the glass (because it was originally incorrectly installed) so the scratch-proof side is now facing outward, and replaced one of the wire hinges because it was slightly damaged. Joseph is the most competent frame worker I've had the pleasure of working with; he takes his projects with personal pride and he does it with extreme efficiency! Definitely coming back here for any of my framing needs and highly recommend anyone needing maintenance on framed pictures -- ask for Joseph!! Bravissimo Hobby Lobby and Joseph Z! One recommendation I have for HOBBY LOBBY in general, is to use a single checkout line system that feeds into multiple registers so your customers can checkout more efficiently.

The clothing was more urban styles maybe because of the area. The kitchen and indoor household items had a good variety and the prices were about 20-40 off retail. That said, I have no idea what's going here but this Wal-Mart has its stuff together. The first visit was an exceptionally clean visit. From produce all the way to the garden center. Employees were about average and some smiled. No greetings aside from the door person but nothing was expected. Paid a few more visits to include a Saturday afternoon. Exactly the same. So, I know why the cashiers don't tend to be overly friendly and I'm okay with that. Yet, when I stopped by this location this week (twice- one to shop and once for a return), I was surprised to see the smiling cashier. She was apologizing for the line being so long, but we were all returns and that was the register she happened to be working. I didn't mind at all. After returning my item, and like the day before, I wandered around the store telling myself I wouldn't spend more than $20. Needless to say, I did spend more than that, but I wasn't disappointed. The store is clean and the selection's okay. The only real issue for me was that I made 3 visits to the dressing room where the first attendant was nice and the one for the next two visits seemed bothered by having to help people. This is actually common for Ross, so it was pretty minor in my eyes.

After deliver, one of the seat cushions was mis-shaped in comparison to the rest of the cushions. Contacted the company and it was agreed that the cushion was defective and that they would replace it. They were supposed to send a new seat cushion, but instead I received an entire base section of the sofa. After delivery, we realized that the new piece was defective on the base portion! The stitching from right to left side was off over 3.5 inches along the front face. I called and sent photos and was again agreed the piece was defective. I was again sent a new section of the sofa. Now, the new cushion seat material has been sewn "stretched", which is causing the whole cushion to "crease" to one side! I have wasted so much time and spoke with so many different people trying to correct the flaws of the craftsmanship of this sofa! I'm exhausted with it. If you are looking for money=quality - this company has not been it!

I was surprised that local delivery was not included. Usually if you spend X amount of dollars locally delivery will be included just to sweeten the deal. However, there was a sale going on that included a free dog bed so that made up for it. My quote included the dog bed so once I measured at home and the sectional fit I came back today 8 days later on 7/16/25 to purchase. Once I got in I looked around for other furniture pieces for my daughters and myself. Got two additional quotes & dimensions for chest & dressers. Then went back up to the counter with my sectional quote from 7/8/25 told the sales person Kat I was ready to purchase the sectional. Kat began recreating the quote once we got down to the end she said you won't be getting the dog bed anymore you'll have to pay for it, the sale ended yesterday. I said but I just got this quote a week ago she said well it ended do you want to pay for the dog bed? I told her I'm paying $4,500+ dollars can I just get the dog bed? She said no the sale ended. I said well I was turned off in the beginning about delivery but now I'm not getting the dog bed either. I was willing too if I still got the dog bed. Kat said well I'm not going to twist your arm it's going in your house. I said okay, thank you. And she handed my quote back to me and I left. Ultimately the dog bed was not what cancelled the sale but Kat's cold attitude and lack of customer service to even try and consult a manager on duty.Kats demeanor seemed as if she was uninterested in making a sale or wanting my business. This experience didn't just stop the sale of a $4,600 sectional but won't have me returning to purchase any dressers for my girls. I'm not anyone special but if I was her I definitely would have tried to speak with a manager to just inquire if there was something that could be done. Just the extra step of trying goes a long way.
