I use blonde conditioner for my silver hair. They have some type of rewards program, but I live far away from Nordstrom Rack, and I rarely go to Mall of America.

I understand that businesses have policies, and I don't doubt they have rules in place, but learning about it only after the fact made the loss feel even worse.
