Sure it's a discount store and a few cents to some may not be a big deal and it most likely it's not however for the amount of customers they have those few cents make a huge difference to their profit and a loss to the consumer. The employees are constantly going around the store during the day cleaning up after the customers that leave baskets full of clothes in the isles; the customers that let their kids play with and open the boxes of toys and leave them laying around; the customers that go through the clothes and pick out each hanger, don't put them back or let them fall to the floor on purpose. Customers are rude to each other too: just keeping their baskets angled in an isle when others are trying to get through. It's really sad to see people have respectable shopping etiquette in stores by none exist here.

We bought this brown fluffy sofa bed, loaded it into my truck and drove home....fast forward to 3 weeks later....the bed no longer springs into a sofa and I called to ask them what kind of warranty it had...Turns out it has warranty, but I had to lug it back to them, they send it out to get fixed, and if they fix it, give it back to me, or if they can't fix it.....Give me a new one....
