You buy an item at full price and get a gift card back for the same amount, which basically makes it free. I honestly don't know how they manage to do that as a business, but I'm not complaining! This location is especially great. I come here often, and the supervisor Hope is always so friendly and welcoming. She recognizes me as a regular, greets me every time, and is genuinely kind. Hope is great at her job. She is able to fix any issues that take place and is really good at fixing any issues with prices at the register. They truly have just about everything you could possibly need or want. Definitely a go-to spot for great finds and even better deals.

But they had them at Job Lot! A very fair price at $13.99. They are quite large and healthy. They've been planted in my garden in Boston for roughly 10 days. So I went back to OSJL in Lincoln yesterday and they still had more! Yay for me! I traveled 1 hour to OSJL Lincoln to get more to add to my garden! My cashier was super nice! Thank you!

I think they also have blow up/helium Mylar/regular balloons- which is great because it's near my house and I usually have to drive to Lincoln to get Mylar or regular balloons blown up! So good to know they can blow up balloons here!

I have tried many private label chips and most of them do not compare to the national name brands like the Frito Lay brands. I love Doritos, Cheetos and the Lightly salted Wavy Potato Chip Lay's. I must add that the young lady who checked me out today was so kind and so friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this location if the service continues like this. Bi dollar tree standards. The store is pretty neat and tidy and things are where they should be. Funny thing is, taking the rotary to get here definitely feels like I'm going to another town (when I'm really only going one town over), but I guess it's worth the little loopdy loop for good service and a well stocked store.

I didn't mind when everything was raised to $1.25 but now you really have to check the price of EVERYTHING because some things are ridiculously expensive. Again, great selection as far as for a Dollar Tree but some of the items are cheaper at the actual grocery store- just have to price compare... overall, I like some of the things you can find here. First, being the only Old Navy in the area, as well as an anchor mall store, there should be a separate entrance to the store. Plus, there seemed to be an extreme dirtiness throughout the store. The floor was extremely dirty, bumpy and super old (fix this Old Navy!), and there were clothes all over the floor and placed on random shelves, resulting in barely anything being organized or in the right spot. I was disgusted that no one was working on cleaning the store or helping at checkout. Are they understaffed? There were 7 people in line, with 2 registers open. The store is dirty and there are many other registers. Get more employees to clean and cashier. Geez. I most-likely won't be returning. Too bad this is the only Old Navy in the area. The store in Dedham will be getting my business. 2 stars.
