Unfortunately it's…read morebeen taken over by new people since then and they are very irresponsible and unprofessional I made a appointment July 12th for 1pm and they never showed till 5:30 brought the wrong size truck so they had to comeback for the rest . they said they would be back the next day and it's now July 7th and I'm still waiting and I never got a receipt for the furniture they took. After making multiple phone calls and being rudely treated they said they would be here at 11:00 am today and it is now 1:20 pm and of course they are not answering there phone. So sad to say I gave them good furniture that would really help someone but they are uncooperative.

I love that i can donate items and shop at the same time & the prices are very reasonable and the staff are so nice. They do pick up donations for free at your home and The men who work on the truck picking up donations are very respectful and do a great job. .
