The Manager, Amanda, is the very BEST! She's always helpful & accommodating to me whenever I'm in the store! I shop a lot for my work, & she knows me by name When I come in. I can tell she's very conscientious of her employees, too. Great addition to your company! 5+++ stars for her & the Peoria Dollartree. read more

I love Dollar Tree! I find soooo many things I can use to craft with. We made really cute cabinet Christmas decorations for the kitchen and for cheap! They have decor, ornaments, crafting goodies. They have everyday things as well if you're watching your budget. This store particularly isn't the biggest or cleanest I have been too but it's close by and usually does the trick when I'm looking for something! read more

Service is okay but wanted to warn customers on their gift cards. The codes to redeem value are, "damaged." When I took the card back, the manager explained that they knew the cards were damaged and brought it to his manager's attention to take them off the shelf but they have not agreed to do so. I had to go through a whole mess because it involves a third party to get ahold of Microsoft to redeem a damaged code. Come to find out these codes are already being redeemed on different accounts. So people are writing these codes down, damaging them, then redeeming them when a customer buys them. Just a forewarning, not only is it a scam, its a mess, and these cards should be taken off the rack. read more

THE BEST 'DOLLAR' Store I have EVER been to. Dollar Stores are a great place to buy greeting cards, gift bags and kitchen essentials among other treasures. There has been a recent trend with some chains calling themselves 'Dollar Stores that no longer have merchandise for a dollar. 99 Cents stores now have prices all over the map. Dollar Tree have also increased their prices recently to $1.25. Everything is now $1.25, but I like the fact that everything in the store costs the same. I have been to this store twice now, and both times, I was greeted by the same friendly face of Malissa. She honestly deserves Dollar Store employee of the year in my opinion. . Malissa seemed to already know the vast majority of customers entering the store. We have just purchased a house and we have yet to find the dinnerware set that we would like to buy. In the meantime, we just wanted to buy some inexpensive dishes to use versus paper plates. We found some adorable Christmas themed plates at the Dollar Tree today that we'll use for right now and I'll put up for Christmas's to come I've always liked the Dollar Tree merchandise the best out of all the dollar stores because I think they have the nicest selection. I was able to purchase brand name kitchen essentials for my new kitchen ( why pay full price at other stores when I can get them here for a $1.25?) We had a great experience checking out with Melissa carefully wrapping all of our new glasses and plates in newspaper We had a great experience checking out with Melissa carefully wrapping all of our new glasses and plates , as well as double bagging everything to make sure nothing broke. During this whole process she continued to be friendly to everyone that entered the store and just had such a positive attitude that il was so refreshing. Since this store is near my new home, I'm sure I will br going back frequently to find new great deals. I'm sure that Melissa and I will become fast friends read more

Hands down best Dollar Tree I've been to in a hot minute. I LOVE to get little holiday decor items here for my tiered trays and other items like candy for my dishes, and the bigger cans of Coke Zero when I need a boost of caffeine. This location had so much more holiday stuff than other spots I've stopped. Service was great and interaction was nice. Store was clean and easy to find what I was not looking for, but bought and left with ha ha ha. read more

The cashier is very rude and horrible , just because I bought stuff with small amounts of money, she wasn't expecting my 50 dollars bill, like come on if I don't have change what can I do!! ,it's not my fault at all, now I know you pacific whenever I come to the store I won't even think coming to you, remember that: If I was very nice to you doesn't mean that you can talk shit about me read more

Peeked in this location since we were in the area for Easter fun for the girls. Really the staff and inventory deserve 4 stars, but they just redid the floors the day before and the smell was terrible. I felt bad for the employees working that day! They really should have closed for a day or two. We didn't stay long, but we were still able to pick up some hoola hoops, cute notepads, Easter toys and our girls picked out some goodies for one of their friends in the neighborhood. Hopefully the smell will be gone soon. read more

This Dollar Tree is a great place to shop for your essentials, cleaning products or to get some basic stacks. You cannot beat the price and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I shop here at least once a week. I highly recommend stopping by and picking something up. You can get anything from foil, toothpaste, dining ware, a wide variety of candies, popcorn, greeting cards to school supplies to even frozen food. read more

I do like that everything here is a dollar, but it sucks when you wanna buy a small thing and also have to pay a dollar. Oh well, I just came here for travel shampoo and other stuff. I do not plan on coming back here anyways, because I am just visiting Phoenix. The cashier was kinda rude too. The lady behind me wanted to get the separating bar for the checkout conveyor belt and the cashier grabbed it from her, telling her that she needs it to push the other bars, but those you can't even reach. It didn't make sense, but I wasn't about to say anything because it would have made it worse. read more

I always shop at this store and have never really had any complaints. However, when I went there today, the cashier had virtually lost her voice and was continuously coughing and was obviously sick. However, in spite of this, she had no mask on and is probably going to infect everyone she checks out. She will probably ruin a lot of people's Christmases. This is abhorrent behavior. I haven't been wearing a mask, but did put one on before I went into the store today and hopefully this will keep me from catching whatever she has. She has all the symptoms of the flu. This is a terrible time to disregard others well being. read more

We love this place Wish there were more staff but it works. Haven't had any issues and we shop here often and I love that Petsmart is next store so I can snag dog food right after! read more

They close at 9 everyone, it says they close at 10 but I went and the doors were locked at 9, maybe they should change the hours they have if there so fucking lazy they close at 10, my dog got hurt and I needed somewhere cheap to by some gauze and peroxide but guess my dog will have to suffer because some stupid bitch couldn't keep the doors open read more

I work in the plaza and constantly go to this location for snacks. EVERYTIME I go in, there's ALWAYS a line nearly to the end of the store. Never enough associates. Most don't even know how to operate a register read more

Everything in this dollar store is really a dollar. It comes in very handy for every day things. They have name brand cleaning supplies that i buy often. Also, they have lighters for candles, wrapping paper, gift bags, and even stuff for wedding decorations. Sometimes, it's a hit or miss thing, they sell name brand plates, bowls and cups. If you need something cheap come here! read more

I wanted to stop into this dollar tree to get some snacks for our timeshare. It was very organized and clean! Everyone was very friendly and professional. This is definitely a location I would shop at again if I came back out here. read more

This is a dollar store. It is great there are a lot of stores around. Some are small and some are larger stores. You need cards, gift bags and wraping paper, than this is the place. You can not go wrong for a dollar. Food, plates, bowls, cups, candy, cleaners, books puzzles and so on and so on. Christmas decorations. There are some things I would not get at a dollar store. But how long do you keep a card? Would you rather pay a 1.00 for potato chips then 3.00. Or 1.00 for a gift bag then 2,3,or 4.00 dollar. Try it out. read more

A good variety of merchandise and all for the bargain price of a dollar. I find myself coming here more and more recently for all sorts of stuff. Great, especially when you don't wanna splurge on things like cough drops, toiletries, greeting cards and batteries. Gotta check 'good by' dates obviously and usually have no hassles. Staff is always courteous and helpful. These stores are increasingly popular with people not just from the middle class.Best bang for the buck for a savvy buyer. I also shop at this location because of proximity read more

They have a good selection of merchandise including brand name items, too. I love coming to this location because the sales associate, Julissa always greets me with a smile and is willing to help when I can't find an item. She consistently promotes the store's weekly sales items and surveys. She is the reason I continue to shop at this location. read more

The ordering balloons process is just insane, the cashiers are the one's that blow them up while everyone waits. The cashiers are rude and make it seem like it's a inconvenient that I am ordering from you. I would rather take my business to the Party City across the street. read more

Has everything a dollar store usually has. This one is larger than most I've been to on the east coast. Much more clean and organized than the ones I've been to on east coast. I think I may have actually been at the Sun City location. read more

Great variety and always a great price...and staff is the best... always very helpful and always smiling. .. Thank you so very much...

Unfortunately, associate forgot to pack an item that I purchased. I called a few minutes after leaving the store and spoke to Cindy. Cindy told me I would have to come back in. I asked if someone could just bring it out to my car when I drove up. She responded with "We don't provide roadside service. If you want your candy bar you are going to have to come in and get it." Then added that if I wanted the "calories bad enough I was going to have to come back in and get them." I said "excuse me" in a firm voice, and she hung up on me. I tried to call back three times and two of those times there was no answer, she just hung up. I assume it was Cindy because the third time I called she said her name and when I asked to speak to a manager, she hung up. The fourth time I called back a loud ring/buzz sound was given in my ear and then I was hung up on again. I called back and the phone was left off the hook. I tried to call back several times, but my phone call could not get through. Long story short, I contacted corporate to report her. I am not going back into a store where I am shamed for asking for a product that I have already paid for. There would have been no problem had she just said I am sorry the inconvenience we cannot leave the store. If you come in we would be happy to give you the product you PAID for. Instead she made negative connotations about me being lazy and overweight. Not a very good representation. read more
