THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I have called corporate office at least twice, spoken to employees, and talked with store supervisors. In the past, almost all of my entire family's clothing was purchased here, locally, in our Burkes store. As of over a month ago, all of my shopping will be done elsewhere. I refuse to spend my hard earned money in a store that doesn't think enough of its customers to have a clean, maintained indoor plumbing. Over the past several years, I have loved shopping at Burkes, but as time passed the store has notBreen properly maintained AND managed. I WILL NOT SPEND ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY, WHERE MY CHILDREN OR I CANNOT USE THE RESTROOM!

LOL This place was pretty cool for getting snacks and using the restroom. They were very clean, they even have a grassy area to so your pet can use the restroom too. The staff here are friendly and seemed to be having a great time with each other when I walked in. They were actively engaged in maintaining the place. There are TV screens on the pump. Definitely a great place for truckers to stop and get some rest. They had some parking areas for truckers to relax and get some rest. Their fuel prices were reasonable here too compare to other places we had stopped before on our route.

I was told I should've came right back and then done something about it well, you should've came upfront as a manager and said something to me instead of having your.employee be the I don't think that this was handled at all the way it should've been and I won't buy gas or anything else for that matter with the unprofessional attitude. This store is the most convenient and I will go out of my way just to bypass them and they're rudeness and unprofessionalism. I hate throwing away and it seems nowadays that's what everybody wants you to do without any care about faulty products or defective equipment. Had it been that screw went in my eye and I sued the hell out of them would've been in a different story the number is listed wriong and you are u able to contact anyone that is at that store on the disconnected no longer in service number listed

I arrived at the window at least five minutes prior to their lunch hour. The pharmacy tech knew it was very close to lunch and refused to assist me in processing my prescription because it meant calling in to get an approval. Instead, she threw up a poster that advertised their lunch hour and told me I would need to return when they got back even tho I arrived prior to. I could go on and on but you get the point....beyond unacceptable. When I spoke to the pharmacist, all she did was defend the pharmacy aid instead of apologizing and offering resolution. Clearly this explains why this has become a culture of unacceptable behavior at this location and why so many complain online. They truly just don't care...
