The only issue I had was a price was listed was not the price it showed at the register. I brought to the attention of the nice lady at the self checkout station and she radioed to another person to check it out. Price listed was $12.48... register showed $19.99... she did a price override and all was fixed..but it doesn't change it in the system so I really feel sorry for the next person that doesn't catch it. Seems kinda lame if you ask me. This Sam's is my nearest one and I have been here multiple times...don't know why it's my first time to review it. This location is hard to drive to also. There's so much traffic trying to get through the nearby traffic lights by the highway. You have to hope someone is nice and lets you merge over with your blinker on. The OKC location has always been friendly and they talk to us like we are family. I would previously take my wheelchair bound mom to the old location and while sometimes it was a tight squeeze, she was mostly able to browse and shop easily and she spent quite a bit of money there. We were disappointed to find that the set up in the new store made shopping impossible for her. We unfortunately won't be able to come back unless something changes.
