Unfortunately, what could have been a positive return quickly turned sour. Upon entering the store, my 4-year-old daughter unexpectedly became sick and vomited near the front entrance. My wife immediately and apologetically sought help from the nearest cashier near the front door. Instead of receiving understanding or reassurance, she was met with eye rolling and complete indifference, no words of support, no assistance, no empathy. While accidents happen, the response from staff in moments like these speaks volumes about a store's culture and customer care. Sadly, this experience has reaffirmed why we switched to Costco in the first place, and why we'll be returning there.
