This store is so slow they have hardly any employees and the ones that they do have just stand around and gossip about other employees and their personal lives and do not care about the long line of customers waiting to be helped. I stood in line for over 10 minutes and listened to the employee Yolanda and another employee using foul language while gossiping and not putting their customers first. I ran in real quick before work to get duct tape to cover my pipes due to a pending freeze warning. I only had a couple of minutes I guess my bad. I made my selections and walked up to a register with the light on. There was an employee in sight stocking and another one in sight also doing a balloon i stood there for two minutes never once acknowledged I finally said excuse me is this register closed the employee Lydia said no I'll be right there I responded tysm I'm trying to get to work. She proceeded to walk towards the register and continue on further got to the balloon stand and turn her back and ever so slowly continue with the balloons. The other employee never acknowledged me at all. After three more minutes I said I'm sorry is there any way you can call someone to help me I'm trying to get to work big sigh and she came over staring daggers I said thank you I can see you are not happy I'm sorry my bad trying to get to work she said "I'm not you are rude. I had a customer ahead of you" I saw two other people in the store shopping and that's it. I guess I need to learn to read minds? I thought to myself. I said "I appreciate your opinion Ty for sharing " she said you are welcome. I have been shopping in this store for almost 5 years everyone there is friendly polite and congenial over the top helpful. Lydia does not belong with this group or in customer service. Very disappointed. Will be traveling a little further in the future if that is the kind of behavior being allowed there now! read more

Our cashier Dylan was phenomenal! We needed balloons and there was also a rush at the registers. They were also the only cashier working and did a awesome job maintaining good customer service given the circumstances. Dollar Tree needs more Dylan's! read more

I don't end up here often but when I do it's usually something I need that I know they have for way less. That's the case this time too. I was looking for max value chocolate/candy snacks as stocking stuffers. I found what I came for. Got a bunch for a good price. The store tho, like wow. It's shredded. Seemed like there was maybe 2 people working and both were on registers. Nobody left to pickup after the tornado that hit their shelves! But hey it's cheap so no doubt I'll be back. read more

Good for small things. They do have name brand things for a $1.00. It gets cluttered though. I think they are understaffed because the check out is always long. Overall it gets the job done. read more

They need more employees. Too many times there is 1 cashier and a long line. Prices have raised to $1.25, as far as I know, there hasn't been an increase. read more

It's a dollar store so you get what you pay for. They do have a great selection of back to school stuff & yard ornaments. I can find some decent spies here as well. read more

Thank you rude cashier for ruining my valentines day card and saying u can't return it. I bought this yesterday 1/3/20, didn't see until I got home that it was ruined and they won't let me return it. Went in 2 nights ago to grab a couple things. Proceeded to the checkout with the light on but no one was there. I wasn't in a hurry so I waited for awhile. Then I noticed an employee standing behind the counter of another checkout so I picked up my things to take them over there but the light wasn't on and it said closed on the belt. I tried to get her attention but she was very focused on whatever she was doing. So I went back to the apparently open unstaffed checkout. Again I waited, and waited..... finally getting frustrated I tried to get the employees attention again. She looked up at me annoyed and I asked, "can I get some help here"? She seriously with all the attitude Ive ever heard in my life says, "well you sure can"! Then goes right back to whatever she was doing. I left my stuff on the belt and walked out. As I was leaving I decided to get her name because that was just wrong how I was treated and suddenly there was now a whole circle of employees surrounding her. I was in the store about 2 weeks ago when I witnessed a woman yelling at another employee, She was actually berating this young man. She didn't care who heard her as well,Very Loudly she told him he was slow and stupid...she actually called him stupid. I've seen a lot of things in retail stores before but after speaking to this young man it broke my heart. Come to find out it was the actual store manager whos name is Cassandra who was doing this. After talking to the cashier I found out this is normal behavior for her and that she lets another young lady talk to him like this as well, I went back in the store a few days ago to ask for the number to the corporates offices and she refused to give it to me, the same cashier told me that on a separate occasion she screamed at him and he left crying and actually quit. I hope that someone can reach out to him and get his side of the story because in this day and age bullying and harassment are no joke and I can honestly say she has no business working in retail especially as a manager. shame on you dollar tree. read more
