I don't mean seasonal turnover where they shut down an entire row and fill it with boxes, I mean everywhere in every row. You can't get to half the product so turn you're losing money. I was standing there with two ladies in a row and she tried to reach over some boxes to take some dried flowers and ended up dropping everything. The other lady said this is ridiculous and put down her stuff and walked out, and I was almost there as well. A few weeks ago, a younger gentleman was taking shelving through the store from the back out front to a storage unit around the corner. It was a large piece of metal, 6 feet long by 3 feet wide, and he put it behind his back and dragged the thing through the entire store, scraping the floor all the way as he went. You could hear it, dragging and scraping and bouncing off the shelves as it went down the aisles. I don't understand how anybody can be in business. The manager was standing right there watching him and couldn't have cared less.

She asked if we "want bags or boxes". I said bags. She replied "well the boxes are free. Bags are 15 cents". I said "that's fine I don't mind". We didn't need anymore boxes at our house being as we just moved so we're drowning in them. So she goes silent and starts scanning away. I'm looking for my card and she goes "you need to grab the boxes to take to your car". I looked at my husband wide eyed and confused and said "I asked for bags didn't I" just for reassurance. He's super passive so he didn't want to say anything. I'm not sure if she wasn't listening but saying it twice seemed like enough to me.
