I'm conflicted with this location here in Millington…read more As far as their inventory goes, it's fine. I can usually find what I need. They're organized, stuff looks nice and all that. My two problems with this place are as follows: 1. There is no more than TWO cashiers on duty at a time. They can be painfully slow on some days, even down right moronic. 2. This one is more specific. I came in on break from work, hoping to get a drink as I was particularly parched that day. The cashiers tend to give me shit for not being "friendly." I guess they think they're entitled to get a reply back. I just wanted to get my drinks and go, but this one lady decided to say a little something extra to me: "It's okay, we know you don't care about saving money. You just wanna get your drink and go." Excuse me? Did I just really hear that? A cashier talking to ME like that? I'm just trying to get my drink, and head on back to Goodwill's break room. I didn't go back there for another three days. I kept thinking about WHY that cashier thought it was appropriate to say that to me. I still shop there, since it's literally right next store to the Goodwill I work at. I haven't seen that cashier again, thank God.

Great customer service which is a huge plus.
