Had a malfunction at the register manager came up there and wasn't no help at all because I came an hour away and didn't leave with my items and It was not my fault so as a manager why not make it right I will NOT be back ppl are giving them these items and they be overcharging and the item was 10.00 I told him I got 5 he claim he couldn't change it although the malfunction was NOT my fault but your the manager you can change anything I been shopping here years but after today they lost a loyal customer ! This store is hit or miss, most electronics are overpriced, whomever is pricing things has no sense of the current electronics market. Also it always amazes me when their employees are too busy doing something that's not their job (running their mouths to each other) instead of doing something that actually is their job (greeting customers as they walk in). read more

Employees are RUDE! I felt like I was in a boot camp today! I got yelled at by "masked" ladies for accidentally taking my cart into the stall bc there was no room outside my door to leave it. Got yelled out for having my clothes hung on the inside of the door while I was trying them on. The racks cannot be hung on the door only on the appropriate hangers in dressing room. The prices are ridiculous! A sign of pure GREED for stuff that was donated for FREE to them! I found a Behringer mixer in there for $70 with no return available. I can buy same mixer new for $89 and return it no problem at Guitar center. I asked for a price adjustment but nope! They wouldn't budge. I'm not gonna spend that much on a used electronic if by chance it doesn't work. These folks have lost their mind! I'm done! read more

The employees in this store are rude! I waited for 20 minutes for assistance with an item inside the display case. The cashier asked if I needed help and I replied yes, I'd like to purchase an item in the case. Then ignored me for 20 minutes whilst she checked out other customers.
