They even have a 2 week cloth diaper trial program for people who want to test it out. If you can't make their store hours they're always willing to make an appointment so you can come by and get what you need. I find the best selection for my youngest son and usually get a few toys too. If you are a new or first time mom, this is the sale to hit. You will find lots of quality baby clothes (lots with tags still on them) and baby gear. I like to consign here because it is so easy. A very nice male clerk told us the buying process would take about 15 to 20 minutes and that we were next in line. We told him we were going to quickly get something to eat. He assured us someone would call if the process went more quickly than anticipated. No one called so we returned 30-45 minutes to find our clothes exactly as we had left them. What really infuriated me was the young lady behind the counter nonchalantly asking if we could wait an additional 20 minutes because they were assessing clothes that had been dropped off AFTER we had brought ours in!. We took our clothes and left. I called the manager of the store the next morning to tell her of my horrible experience. Speaking with Melissa made all the difference in the world as she quickly apologized and confirmed that the clothing should have been processed in the order received. I returned to the store later that day where Melissa herself waited on me. Many of the clothes I brought in were sold to the store and I was also able to purchase items for my grandson. I can honestly say that Melissa turned a very negative transaction around for me.
