Thankfully it didn't give me a flat tire. I parked and proceeded to enter the business. As I walked in there wasn't anyone behind the counter so I began to browse. I was there for literally 5 minutes and a women approached me out of nowhere and smelled like a smokestack and said you've got 5 minutes and I'm closing. I was a little thrown off and I didn't really care for the attitude. As I turned down the next aisle a saw a man come in and strike up a conversation with the lady that worked there. I walked another 3 steps and she yelled, "3 minutes!" Now I'm irritated. So I decided to leave. As I walk passed the register the lady stops her conversation with the guy who came in and says, "Have a nice day even though you didn't buy anything." I won't be returning. She needs a serious attitude adjustment. I gave this place 2 stars because I liked what I saw the 7 minutes I was there.

They stayed open late so I could shop, and then helped me look through every catalog they had to find a sectional I could order that met my needs. Go see a doctor, they will tell you what type of mattress you need, then go from there; and if you have a bad back, I am thinking that a doctor specializing in chronic back pain will more than likely recommend a firm mattress and an exercise/stretching routine. Also, MANY stores hire delivery drivers not associated directly with the store. I don't know about this store but think about that before you bash a business due to a bad experience you had with someone that may not even be one of their employees. I don't work there, never have and I have no connection with this business at all. I'm just an old retired guy that will definitely go back to BHF for my future furniture needs.
