I discovered this gem of a store in Collierville and can't stop visiting every chance I get. My first visit was greeted by Lana and she helped me "find my groove". While I know what I like and what usually works for me, my past decade of local shopping has kept me mostly in Marshall's and TJ Maxx for slightly higher end designer clothing at reasonable prices--when i could find it. I'm sorry but i can be a bit of a clothing snob because I don't like to buy cheaply made clothing when I know I can find better quality made clothes for the same price or slightly higher price. After my youngest child hit 2 yo and I could start taking care of myself a bit, I began to branch out to taking in a few other stores in the Germantown/Collierville area to update my look a bit. The stores I checked out were either a bit too young for how I wanted to dress or a little "too out there" and/or bling-y for my tastes. Then I found Lavish. Everything in the store is tasteful, fabulously fashionable without being too trendy (ahem, rhinestones are not the main draw, thank goodness), and befitting for where I am in my life. Now that I'm in my early 40's and comfortable with who I am, this boutique gives me the extra confidence boost. I have been getting tons of compliments with every piece from this place and everything coordinates well with items I already own. If you feel like you're missing out because there is no Bloomingdales, Saks, NM, or Nordstrom, think again. This place has it covered and I am never shy about checking out the sales rack (many pieces are in the back) to make sure I can max out my purchases. (Forgot to add this review which I had written back in early 2013. My initial visit was October, I believe, of 2012. My mother-in-law always gets me Lavish gift certificates for my birthday now.)

I'm glad that there remains a decent brick-and-mortar purveyor of men's clothing and accessories within the Mid-South. (On-line shopping is a very poor substitute for physically examining products and trying on clothing.) All in all, I have no complaints about the quality of service from the employees. Plus, the seasonal sales here can really save the attentive consumer some serious coin. I recommend this store, I plan to continue patronizing it.

This is the closest location to my home and I stop by pretty regularly for gifts and my own personal shopping experiences. I have always found the associates quite helpful in every area I visit. I am probably in the men's dress clothes and scents areas the most often. I do tag along with the bride a good bit as well. She probably likes it here more than me so I get to see all the lady stuff too. She is especially fond of the purse section I have noticed. As far as scents are concerned, there is significant savings if you buy online, but you can't smell them online. I find success in asking the ladies for the "best smelling, least popular scents". All he had to say for leaning over into the closed stall I was in was that he's tall and checking stalls. I informed 3 other employees and everyone acted as this was ok. This was in the ladies department where even kids use these stalls. This is disgusting of Kohl's and all their phone line said was is support will listen to my complaint call and send an email update. There needs to be a policy change.

I generally hate clothes that are artificially high just because they have a certain logo on it. As I have become older, also a bit more prosperous, I have gotten past that to some degree. I do still hate big logos but have to come appreciate nice stuff in all aspects of life. I am also a lot quicker to admit when I am wrong. Vineyard Vines is now one of those places that I appreciate much more now. My first experience was at Tanger and got some great deals on some clothes, so I took the dive. My wife gave me a good bit of shit when I showed up at home with a VV bag. She can kiss it. I'll say this.... These threads do hit differently. They fit well, the fabrics are high quality, and it's just damn comfortable stuff. Additionally, talk about arriving and being blown away by service. That's what you get here, man. At only a…read more30-ish minute drive, we were looking for some great shopping, and this mall did not disappoint. This is a really convenient outdoor mall, and has a very aesthetic landscape. The buildings have updated brick and neutral tones, and the walkways are clean and flow well. There is a ton of parking, along with large walkways in both the parking lots and along each storefront. While there are a lot of vacant storefronts in need of unique businesses, all of the basics for a good shopping are here; Soma, Dillards, Barnes and Noble, American Eagle, and H&M, just to name a few. There are also surprisingly a lot of restaurants for such a small area. Although some of the walkways are shady and breezy, making for a chilly walk on days the weather drops below 70°, there is a lot of sunlight while walking around the complex. Not only is it a great place to shop, it's also a great place to grab a friend and/or your dog and take a nice stroll. We will definitely be back when we visit again, and we're looking forward to see what stores they bring to the Crossing.

This mall has seen better days as far as occupancy is concerned. It once had a very diverse selection of stores to choose from. Now days, not so much. Dillards is still here and it is still a good Dillards. You have no problems finding some help, getting what you need. It's probably the best Dill's around. I am glad it's still here because the side it's on is like 20% full at the most. It was bought recently and is trying really hard, but I don't know man. They are leasing to some strange tenants, like taekwondo and karate studios, and a (swear to god) Slime store. Like you make slime there. That is the whole thing. The old Macy's is now some scary furniture store. I think there are at least 4-9 squatters in that mug. Milano's is even gone now!!!! What???!!!! Why????? I'm seriously going to cry. You can save your time and go to Hobby Lobby or even Dollar General (in some cases) and find the exact same things for 1/3 of the price but the exact same quality of "boutique" items. The majority of booth owners are either living under the delusion of "I know what I've got" or know that rich white women of the area will pay whatever for the mass produced garbage that they markup and slap into their booth. I came across so many Temu prints thrown into frames and jacked up 300%. Insanity. Save your time. Save your money.

While I can appreciate this, I think the threshold should be lower say $50. Why not empower your employees to give 10% off on items less than $100 if that's your threshold? All I wanted was a $10 price reduction. There were workers standing around cooling their heels and shooting the breeze who could have called the seller. And we ended up spending over $500 before we left. What about that? You're welcome Quantum Antique Gallery. Second, I was asked to bring my cart back to the porch from my car. Really? You want me to do a favor for you, but you won't make a simple phone call for me? Who's the customer here? Third, there was confusion at the desk about which items were ours. Not a big deal in and of itself, but given numbers one and two, number three completes the poor customer service picture.
