Today I finally stopped in for my first visit and immediately saw party goods with brands from target and other high end stores. The place restocks weekly on Thursday and than the prices progress down per weekday from Friday to Wednesday. It's nothing fancy but everything is new. They have clothing, housewares, toys and some furniture. I have seen lines on Frudays so it must be a great day to visit.

Publix store is clean, well-organized, with great prices, Buy One Get One Free (BOGOs), large spacious aisles, plenty of competent and friendly cashiers, lots of parking, great location, and best of Associates who go out of their way to help you, the customer. Customers get the best of best quality service and product. Very much a team effort from top to bottom. A great book called A Piece of the Pie: The Story of Customer Service at Publix explains what that premier service is and how the company's associates make it happen. I love Publix's fried chicken and subs! My favorite sub is the holiday one (it has bacon, cranberry sauce, turkey, etc.) and it's divine! The customer service is usually really great, happy, fast, attentive, and above and beyond. However, if you go in the evenings, the customer service can be a bit rude and inattentive. There were multiple instances, where I've went between the hours of 8-8:30pm and the employees definitely acted like they did not want to be there. One time, the cashier didn't even greet me and when I politely said "thank you" to him after he rang up my items and gave my receipt, he just proceeded to ignore me and talk to his other co-worker. I've noticed that at night, some of the employees like to hang around and gossip. Only reason I'm knocking off one star. If you go throughout the day though, everything is great! Plenty of parking available. It's located in a small shopping center. I love how conveniently close it is to our house, but I will say, prices are pricier than other grocery chains like Aldi or Walmart. I would say Publix prices are on par with Target. I never seem to find anything here, but maybe it's due to the fact that I don't go often enough. Also, there are a ton of tolls to get here if you're trying to get here a little faster.
