I love shopping here at this Dollar Tree! Everybody has always been so friendly, and they always have what I am looking to buy!

Dollar Tree staff refused to allow my father to use their public bathroom! My dad asked a staff member for a key to the restroom. The staff member responded that she couldn't find the key. My dad asked another staff member, and she responded that there were no public bathrooms. My parents are long time customers and have used the restroom in previous visits. To add insult to injury, when my dad made a final attempt to find someone to help, he saw the first employee exit the public restroom with the key in her hand. I hope that staff will change this behavior in the future because this is extremely upsetting. The cashier told my parents that the woman who refused to allow my father to use the restroom is a store manager!!!!! read more

My Favorite Dollar Tree, it's clean, organized and although they are short staffed I don't count it against them because every business is these days. read more

The manager was rude, she question me about return with other customer listening, she almost seem to be reprimanding me by saying did you read it, I explained to her that the ingredients were changed from what I had purchase prior. She said she wasn't returning product and walked away from me. Very rude person , my take on this was if you'll not during exchange why go thru all that. My go to store!!! So bummed it's not a dollar anymore but a $1.25, but this is still my go to store and will always be! What I like about this dollar tree compared to others is that they usually always have a lot of inventory and don't run out that often. read more

I went into this dollar store today on May 21st to shop casually when i am told to just slow down because i was doing some part of a spirt to a section which something like that is understandable you would think until i am back over near where the lady was when she gets set off from me doing a small jog in place for a second and it was nothing to offend her or to be against her and you might understand my rating when i tell you what she told me: "If your gonna be smart a** you can leave." And ill be serious with you that customer treatment can be approved at this location. I was not as unsatisfied with other workers but someone speaking to a customer swearing crosses the line. Now i could give a better rating but for more detail I was a 10 year old she was telling this to in fact. Speaking to a adult customer with foul language can be a different thing but i am a kid and i have never been spoken to this way anywhere. The Dollar Tree is so big that you can almost chop it down like a real tree! (lol) They have a lot of things in there, but I haven't been in there in a couple years. But when I was in there, the worker Ryan wouldn't ever help me find anything I was looking for, he'd just always ask me if I wanted to come over once his mom went to sleep and sneak into her liquor cabinet and play some Sega Dreamcast. I didn't even know the guy either, I only know his name was Ryan because of his name tag (it said Ryan M to be exact). He looked to be in his late 20's, but he said something about doing it on a weekend because his "friend" couldn't come over on a school night.......... read more

This Dollar Tree is huge!! It has a ton of items ranging from party supplies, kiddy toys, kitchen wares to cleaning supplies, canned goods, frozen foods and so much more.. Everything is a dollar! Most things are actually pretty decent.. Of course you have some cheaply made stuff, but it is only a dollar, so if you get a few uses out of a tool, or toy, it shouldn't hurt that much. This locations is by far my favorite of the Dollar Tree chains because of its size, broad selection and good staff. Definitely worth a shot if you are in the area. read more

I am surrounded by Dollar Trees and have been to most of them, but this is one of my favorites. The staff is really friendly, and because it is located in an old grocery store, there is plenty of room for things. The aisles are not crowded. So what do I get there? A lot of food. Yes, food. The same thing that the local grocery stores have for twice and sometimes three times the price. I am hooked on the pot stickers and the frozen asparagus and some of the other packets of frozen veggies. Most of their canned stuff is brand name, as well as packaged stuff. I expect one day to walk in and find an entire butcher section. LOL. I like getting food from there so much that I started a Dollar Tree Dining group on Facebook, where people can show what they bought there and how they prepared it. Hey, with the property taxes in Crook County and other fees and fines and just the high cost of living in general, DT is like an island of hope for my spare change. Okay, what else do I get there? Plates and glasses. Some electrical stuff, like ear buds, which work just fine, and that I'm always losing. Screwdrivers and tools. Candy Soap, shampoo, body wash. Toothpaste. Holiday stuff -- wrapping paper and tissue paper. Cards. Gift Cards (for DT) And...yes... even their selection of cologne and aftershave for me. It goes for a buck, so if I don't like the smell or I'm not a chick magnet with that scent there is another for a dollar. Can't lose. I buy a lot of other stuff there too. Best of all, I like the strong plastic bags at this DT. Much stronger and heftier than the other outlets and other stores. And... the bags do not cost a buck. They are free. read more

I came in tonight to buy some bowls and some other things for the house and this is one of a handful of Dollar Trees I'll go to because some locations need a serious overhaul in terms of how the store looks because half the time I go the floors are badly stained with items being repeatedly spilled. This location is quiet and pretty well stocked and that's a selling point for me when I shop at Dollar Tree. read more

I have gone to this Dollar Tree many times. The store is well lit organized and everything is easy to find. I would definitely recommend this store for anybody that is in the Oak Lawn Burbank Bridgeview area. read more

The place is kind if going downhill lately. Broken glassware on shelves, messes that don't get cleaned up, not enough cashiers, and music that is too loud. When it's to the point I'm not the only one thinking about paying a bit more to avoid the place, things are bad. read more
