Going in and finding exactly what I wanted made the shopping spree more than wonderful. The store was clean and the product in the section I was in, needed a lot of attention, however I did manage to find something at an awesome price. After picking out my treasured piece, I looked around the store for a few minutes more and then I headed over to the cashier where the service I received got better and better and better. SERVICE* So in reality, the service was GOOD because I found the container store. That's having a store available in the town I was visiting. The service got BETTER because they had what I needed, at a reasonable price and it's availability. The service was at its BEST when I checked out and paid less at check out and, not only that, I'm excited now.... The cashier left me dumbfounded when she put a Bed, Bath, & Beyond (BB&B) coupon in my bag. I was literally like, what's this. What's happening, what's going on. And then she told me that The Container Store will be stocking BB&B products in the store really soon. TOUCHDOWN!! IYKYK if you didn't, NYK! I just made that last part up to keep the acronyms flowing. It's Now You Know. But in all seriousness, I can't wait to get back to shopping here. And having a plus one that is so willing and patient felt surreal. Hands down, they gave me two good reasons to... Inspire more, Yelp more!

I ordered something online to pick up here to save on the shipping fee. It's located in a big-ish strip mall near other prominent brands like Trader Joe's and Paris baguette. There were a lot of parking spaces but the lot was def a bit packed around noon on a Saturday. The container store itself was very big and organized. All of the heavily discounted goods were to the front of the store, and they sure caught my eye. I was assisted with promptly. The whole transaction for pickup took about 10 minutes, most of which I think the worker spent some time looking for it in the back. I'd come back here again if I'm in the area.

I gave her a $20 bill, she handed me bills & no coins, which I thought was odd. I looked at my receipt & my change due me, was $8.02. Paola gave me $8.00. I showed her the receipt & asked for my correct change. She said she doesn't have .02 cents. I told her to then give me a nickel. She declined & said they don't have it. I told her that she cannot steal customers' change. She spoke to someone in Spanish that was sitting down on her cellphone, who got up & went into a different register & handed Paolo .02 cents who in turn handed me the money. I reiterated that she has no right to cash in on people's change by stealing it. Paolo said, "it's only 2 cents". I told her "I don't care if it's 1 penny, you don't have the right to steal customers' money". I left the store & warned the woman entering to count her change. Regardless of the penny becoming extinct, the IRS needs to change, along with merchants - pricing, which they'll round up instead of down, I'm sure. But no way will I let any establishment cheat me like that.

They really do exceptional work and take great pride in it. This place is not like those generic super mall chain store jewelers which I personally can't stand. Their store is in the quaint town of Bellport which is very historic and beautiful to walk through, shop, enjoy an ice cream or grab a slice of pizza. Instead of selling my unwanted gold.... Peter did the most amazing thing with my pile of jewelry. He made me custom pieces that were so artistic and organic.... and I am the only one who has them! If you are an artist or appreciate art like me - definitely see Peter. Plan on staying awhile in the store because odds are you will sit down for a good chat!

They had a grand opening this past weekend with coffee for the customers as well as cotton candy and popcorn. The employees were friendly and welcoming. Since it's a grand opening, there were various arts and crafts table for the family to participate in. This location has items I haven't seen in other Michael stores. Lots of options. I asked an employee where I could find an item. Instead of pointing to the aisle, she took me to the location and showed me the item. Thank you to the employee! My friend won yarn as part of the raffle. I was hoping for the cricut (though I didn't win -oh well). Go check it out.

Horrible. I payed $85 for the eye doc to rush me out. Being the last patient on a Saturday, I told…read morethe doc I was concerned about my eyes and worried I had an infection or something wrong. He told me my eyes were both fine. He kept rushing me and I felt like a bother to him. Anyway, it turns out I have eye ulcers. After visiting Brookhaven hospital I was told not to wear the contacts and need follow up care. I want my money back.
