The parking lot was nearly full. My husband and I are closing on our new home in 2 weeks, and I thought we should check-out Bills Bros for a dining table. 10 years ago I had great luck here furnishing my home; I still have most of the furniture to this day. Bills didn't deliver on the dining table, but they did have a lot of great accent furniture at very reasonable prices. Think accent chairs, lamps, bar stools, end tables, walls decor and throw pillows. Once we're moved in I might come back and look around again. Sales staff are friendly and not at all pushy. Available if you have questions. Lots of clearance items and one-offs. I saw a new-in-box Barbie Dream House for $129.99 that my 10-yr. old self squealed over. You just never know what you might find here! No frills here, but the selection is nice. Recommend!

They could have at least open another resister to get the line flowing. I get the workers work hard but 3 full carts seem extreme for one worker to deal with while seeing the long back up full of customers waiting to check out. People this isn't your local Walmart or grocery store to get 3 full carts of groceries. Retail is a stressful job but the least they could have done is go to the back of the line and let everyone else in line go ahead that had less items than 3 full carts do better and think of others as a customer thank you.

She took in a diamond earring she had lost the pair to and not only did they make her a perfect break replica but they encouraged her to talk to the insurance company who fully covered the cost. I took in my engagement ring to be resized before my wedding and they finished it in one day and didn't charge me a rush fee. She offered to look at my wedding band to make sure it was the right size and cleaned and found that two of the diamonds were loose. I came into kohls to do an amazon return and do some shopping…read more For the return: When I went to return my Amazon item there was a line with 19 people in front of me. And because it was taking so long people in front of people were leaving. Ashley was working all by herself and going as fast as she could. This is no fault of hers but kohls should have had another person helping her. Not only that but her coworkers were walking by not assisting and one even asked "aren't you supposed to be done?" And she was working passed her scheduled time with no one helping her. She was super apologetic to the customers and very helpful. If a management reads this please know Ashley who was working 4/6/25 who has glasses and dark hair was doing a great job. However, there needs to be a team meeting on teamwork because even though people are in kohls for Amazon returns, they weren't mad at amazon they were mad at kohls. While shopping: Something I also noticed while shopping around the store was the lack of organization. Almost everything I picked up was not in the right section or completely different brand so I had no idea if it was the price it said on the rack. This was all throughout the store. I think the team should go through the store to reorganize and fold things. It made me not able to find what I was looking for. I did ask an employee if they had a certain pair of pants in a smaller size that I found in a random section and they checked on a device and said they did but when they lead me over to where it was supposed to be we couldn't find them and there were more random things in that section. I had the pleasure of meeting a few of them and even walking away with a beautiful piece from one of them, Chris Sell. There is a parking lot right outside the door and a ramp to support accessibility. They make good use of the space they have, displaying pieces at every turn without making you feel like you are going to bump into something. I recommend checking it out if you haven't yet.
