I answered with "actually I'm disappointed that 1 out of 2 things do not show a price so it's hard to shop." she immediately turned her back, walking away saying, " well now, I certainly hope your shopping day gets better." if she didn't want an answer why ask me the question. She continued talking as she walked away. I left my items there and left the store. I wil not return.

On a recent visit to the store to purchase 3 items, I got behind another customer in the only check…read moreout line that was open. The cashier rung up the gentlemen's order but could not scan his coupon with the scanning gun. He called for the manager who came over about a minute later and also could not get the gun to work. After about another 2 minutes of trying to figure out why the gun wasn't working, the manager suspended the transaction and took the gentleman to another register to finish his transaction. Meanwhile, my cashier could not use his register without the manager re-opening it. At this point, there are about 8 other customers in line behind me. After finishing the other transaction, the manager spends about 1 minute talking to another employee before coming back to my check out line. Magically, 2 more check out lines open up. With nowhere to go since my items were already on the belt, the other customers flock to the newly opened lines. I have now been standing here quietly for 10 minutes and in that time neither the cashier nor, and most especially, the manager never once acknowledged me or apologized for the inconvenience. Upon her arrival at the check out line, the manager took out the cash drawer and for the first time (and without apology) said anything to me. She informed me that: "You have to go get in another line." Upon telling her that I should not have to go to the back of a line and that she should ring up my order, she responded by saying: "No, you have to go to another line", I told her once again that she should ring up my order and she once again responded: "NO." Needless to say, I left the store without purchasing my 3 items, and I will never be back. I have seen some people that should not be considered "management" in my day but this one was the worst. No acknowledgement, no apology for my inconvenience and just expecting me to pick up my stuff and wait in the back of another line after I had already wasted 10 minutes of my time just because she didn't feel like ringing up my 3 items. PATHETIC!!!

The owner is super nice. Once I bought orange Civia plant and few months into it wasn't doing well. I brought it back to show and ask for advice on what is wrong & what to do. They took the plant, treated it and kept for a while in the greenhouse till it became vibrant again and called me to pick it up. I appreciate that kind of customer service. I arrived and finally located the grocery pick up area - after driving up and down the aisles for a few minutes :) Next, I went onto the app and notified them of my parking spot number. Within just a few minutes a nice young man came out with my groceries. When I arrived home I noticed the individual baking potato's were covered with white eyes and unable to eat. I made an online return and notified them of the issue, and they gave me a credit. Overall, the process was a breeze and luckily only a few items were unavailable. Also, I was able to apply my Walmart cash at checkout and saved even more money. My only tip is to shop early, because the pick up times do fill up quickly. Also, don't forget to clip the online coupons!
