The store is closing closing, Though the store is closing it is not in disarray. The aisles are still unkempt, though some are empty. Also, they have begun to use the empty shelves to spotlight some of the things that are in abundance. The Discounts range from 10% - 50% and even with the 10%, you can feel it in your pocket. Though I wasn't looking for anything in particular I still left with a cart full of stuff. LoL! Don't ask me how but when I saw it and it made sense, I needed it. Though the line is LONG AS LIFE, the cashier kept her cool and kept a smile on her face. The store is running on a skeleton crew, so go in with patience. LoL! In all seriousness though, the cashier was very nice and pleasant to interact with. For those who are into the Christmas season they have an abundance of items. I am talking about an entire section of Cheer! It's festive in the front left corner. LoL!!!! Now, though, I didn't need anything and planned to spend $0.00... I ended up spending $70 by accident but I got about $180 worth of stuff. With that said, there's a few things I am waiting til they get to the 50% Off Zone then I'm going back. Ha! If you are in the area and understand the art of not needing anything but still buying a few things, make your way to Big Lots! **If you see me there, shhhhhhhhhhhh... Don't judge me. LoL!

I spent the night over a friend's house and slept in this bed like a baby. I had to ask her where she purchased this mattress. Her answer was Big Lots. I waited faithfully until they had their Black Friday sale. It actually started well before the holiday. My daughter and I made our way to the store on this day to buy beds for both of us. We got to the store and immediately found the furniture section. We had a lot of questions and the store associate was patient with us totally. It was easy to pick out which mattress we wanted because we were able to try them out at the store. Yes literally laid on the bed and rolled around until we found the one we wanted. Let me tell you I have not regretted this purchase at all since I took my bed home. Omg heaven. No complaints.

Don't believe them...they don't do it. I go to the Locust Grove, GA store #1052 to pick up my 1 $2.07 RX. I walk past the line up to the Prepaid Pickup window. I am told by the person at the regular pickup window to go to the back of the line. I tell her no need to because I prepaid. She says there is no one to help me even though there are at least 5 other people working. I say I will just wait here. I am told that the 2 that can help me are both on the phone and they are too busy to help. So I stand there waiting on my prepaid RX while the snarky cashier helps every other customer except me. After they clear out all the other customers she tells me she can get me now. One of the other two that can help is off the phone but didn't even bother. Don't offer a service that you don't provide and then have nasty, mean girl staff make sure they don't help you. Complete customer service fail and unfriendly service on top of not delivering what service that you promised and promote. Also don't think you will get help from the Publix corporate office either. After 6 calls of being hung up on and transferred all over the place because there is no "CARE" in their Customer Care, I finally was able to leave a message for a "Mike Chavez" over the Pharmacy services for store #1052. Did he give me a call back? No he did not. And based on Publix's total lack of caring about the customer, I am sure I won't hear from him tomorrow either.

I needed some business cards for a friend last minute and Office Depot came through for me. As the…read morecard itself was already done, the Office Depot website was super easy to use and presented the step by step process from upload to final review. Being that I did the entire order online, I was in control of everything before it went to print which increased my confidence in the order. Once my order was placed, I set it for pick up at the Office Depot - Fayetteville location. I received the email when my order was ready and made my way to Office Depot - Fayetteville. The location was easy to find as it is directly on the main road. There is ample parking and easy access on and off the roadway. Walking in, the Office Depot - Fayetteville location is huge. The light was bright and vibrant and the store was super clean. I made my way to the print area, provided my name, and boom. My order was waiting on me. Yesssssssss. Talk about easy and convenient. I checked my cards and they looked amazing. The bleed area was spot on and the prints looked exactly like they did online via the sample provided. The young lady who assisted me was super nice and made the transaction that much better. If you are able to do your ordering online, I say do it. It's quick, easy, and straightforward. And the pick up process is truly a pick up process.

I am filing a complaint regarding a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at an Office…read moreDepot location in Fayetteville,GA. On the same day of purchase, I bought an HP printer cartridge (HP 934) and realized shortly after opening the outer packaging that I had selected the wrong model. I had my receipt and returned to the store within hours to request an exchange or refund. Despite the product being unused and in resellable condition, I was met by a store representative who was not only unhelpful but also dismissive and rude. I was told that because the box had been opened, they would not accept the return--without any attempt to offer an alternative solution, such as an exchange or store credit. What made the situation worse was the tone and behavior of the staff. Instead of trying to assist or de-escalate, I felt rushed out of the store and treated as if I had done something wrong. There was no effort to provide customer service or uphold basic professionalism. This experience raises serious concerns about Office Depot's customer service practices and return policies. A same-day return with a valid receipt for an unused item should not result in this kind of treatment. Policies should be applied with reasonable discretion, especially when the product is clearly unused and the mistake was immediately addressed. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed and that Office Depot take steps to ensure: a. Staff are trained to handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully b. Reasonable accommodations are made for legitimate same-day return situations c. Clear and fair return policies are consistently communicated and applied As it stands, this experience reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and basic business ethics. Please refrain from using them as they're stacking up the wins with unethical practices.
