The floor manager/ salesman invited us with a warm smile and was very accommodating. In fact, they gave me some of the best service I've ever had! Let's talk about what they have. They have items that other store are coming there to buy and resale at their stores. I know they got a low rating but try them for yourself. Understand that other vendors that don't want these guys around. They're cheaper and better than the other stores because I've been to most of them. They all told me that they can't compete with this place and they don't know how these guys can have prices so low. What does that sound like to you? Located in northwest Houston in a part of town that I don't really love coming to, but it's pretty decent and has a bunch of stuff in here. Not the best we've been to but also not the worst. In all I have mixed opinions about it I would say. Service wasn't great but wasn't anywhere near as bad as the Dollar Tree store in the same Plaza.
