If I could give it a zero, I would. Bought a $2000 Frigidaire refrigerator just before Thanksgiving…read more(2025). First issue was small (January 2026): there was a crimp in the gasket around the freezer door so it wasn't sealing properly, causing icing on all of our items. We called Baldwins and they gave us a number to call for appliance repair - turns out they don't even service our area so we had to call back to Baldwins. They then gave us the number for Knights appliance repair - we called and had someone come out to replace it. Fine, done. Second issue (March/April 2026): The refrigerator will not hold temperature. It keeps beeping, alerting us that the temp is too high (54°). When we set the temp back down, it doesn't work - just goes right back up. Beeps all night, I was up every two hours trying to bring it back down to temp. My husband went to Baldwins, and AGAIN - they gave us a phone number to call and schedule a repair. My husband explained that we obviously got a defective one and we'd like it replaced with a new one. They did nothing and told us to call Frigidaire. So as of right now we are currently out a refrigerator AND ALL OF THE FOOD THAT WENT BAD INSIDE. I guess we were wrong for assuming shopping local would bring better customer service than a big box store. We will NEVER purchase anything from Baldwins again. They won't even contact a repair service for you, let alone honor any kind of warranty.

I went in asking about an appliance. The younger gentleman behind the computer started to help me…read more For some reason, the lady on the back wall had to put her two cents in when the conversation did not involve her. She didn't even turn around, just kept her back facing me. The older gentleman was just as rude. Why get involved in a conversation that has nothing to do with you? I left, not wanting to do business with this local "company".

When traveling, places like Griffin's Studio are EXACTLY what I'm looking for when it comes to…read moreshopping! A few colleagues and I had lunch at The Place (great restaurant next door) then wandered here. The moment I walked in, I knew I liked it. As a matter of fact, I would like this anywhere, but being a little gem in downtown Hopkinsville made it that much more special. You can find jewelry, greeting cards, children's items, home items, some locally made items, art, and a variety of other items in this sweet store. The owner is apparently an artist, and I heard they also do painting classes in the studio as well. (The back portion of the space looked like a studio; the front space was more of a boutique/store.) The employees were so friendly. I believe I was talking to the mother of Griffin, while Griffin herself was further in the back working. It seemed as though they would gift wrap gifts; though most of what I bought was for myself. Without a doubt, make this a stop when you're in Hopkinsville! The strip it is on has some other neat looking stores (including an ice cream/candy shop), so you could even just do some window shopping if so desired. P.S. My one hope/suggestion would be for more clarity on where/who some of the art/jewelry comes from. For example, I bought this awesome bracelet, and I'd love to know who made it.

Great addition to the Hopkinsville scenery. A mix of books, learning toys, local interest,…read moredecorative, and boutique items, as well as a full art gallery on display with local and area art for sale. The overall feel leans towards a more female touch, but it has an appeal for anyone young or old. Locals should visit to see things the average gift or boutique store just will not have. People visiting from out of town should visit to see one of the more unique businesses in town that does not fall on the usual radar of area places to visit. You might have seen similar places in neighboring areas with art communities but this one has a one of a kind Hopkinsville feel to it.
