The store has signage directing you to the contactless Amazon Return counter. No need for a return label, box, or tape. They box it up and send it back for you, so convenient. Staff scans the return barcode sent by email with no questions asked. I received a 25% off coupon to use in store. Winning. Eventhough I never plan on shopping I have used the coupon everytime. I must say I have a love/hate relationship with Kohl's in general but this location is one of my favorites. He gave me a pair of running socks to use and let me demo the shoes on the treadmill. Everything in the store was 25 % off that day. They have tons of coupons online. If you join the scorecard rewards program you get a $10 reward for every $300 you spend. There was also two coupons on our receipt for $10 off your next purchase of $50. My experience at this big box store was good.
