Today I returned it with no issues and then bought two life jackets and a whistle. The return was very easy. A customer service rep showed me where the whistles were and was friendly. I recommend this place of looking for sporting goods or outdoor items.

The sales person did a scan of her feet and everything, and sold her the "perfect pair of shoes" for her. She started running and quickly had issues with her feet hurting. I told her to go back with her shoes. She went back today (27 May 26) and explained her issues. The salesman today told her about the sales person that sold her the previous pair of shoes "it was probably some new person who didn't know what they were talking about" and that they sold her a narrow toe boxed shoe when she needed a wider toe box show. He gladly sold her a new pair of shoes that should work for her. After their mistake and her buying the shoes they recommended, they didn't take them back, offer her a discount or anything. Just sold her a new pair of shoes. I know I will pay more for shoes at Fleet Feet. I'm ok with that, but I expect professional sales people who know what they are talking about and will make accurate recommendations. I'm very disappointed as this definitely isn't the way a company should do business.

Whether it's due to changes to management/staff or ownership it's almost back to being a fun place to shop again. They update often now on both IG and FB sites, they will hold items for 24 hours now (thank you again for my LV Speedy bag!!!I love it) and it's a cleaner and more organized place to shop than it's been for the last couple years. And, Carter's and Osh Kosh B'Gosh do not disappoint. They have some of the most adorable clothing for your little one. How excited I was to learn of this store opening in our local mall (a year plus later). I missed the grand opening last year (since I had just had my baby) and missed its first year of being open (since I basically shielded my newborn and didn't leave the house for months)! Let me just say that every visit, I d not leave empty-handed. I either get something for my little guy or for one of my eight nieces and nephews! So, of course, I signed up for their rewards program. So easy and great for getting me back shopping on there (or online). Can I say that here? Yes, shopping online is way easier than going to the mall with a one-year old. Hence, I have very few photos. So, if I LOVE this store so much, why only the four stars? It is because of the quality of Carter's brand clothing. This is something I was told and now have experienced first hand... every time. Carter's baby / kids clothing shrinks with the first wash! (I use cold water and dry on low.) So, either buy the same outfits in multiples in different sizes to wear their cute clothes longer or never wash them! Ha! Thank goodness for clearance sales and BOGO deals! The staff are always smiling. Maybe it's due to my adorable baby. They are always helpful when I cannot find the right size or style (that I saw online) in store. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!…read more This was hands down the most disorganized kayak rental experience I've ever had. Our reservation was for 12:00 PM. We were running about 10 minutes behind, so we called ahead, let them know, and even paid before arriving. After getting there, we waited nearly 30 minutes for transportation to the drop-off point. The woman at the office was nice and apologized, so we brushed it off. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. When we arrived at the river, everything fell apart. An older gentleman and two teenagers were unloading kayaks, but nobody gave any instructions or directed customers. We stood waiting for another 15+ minutes while they unloaded equipment and chatted. When we finally asked what was going on, they realized they didn't even have enough kayaks or paddles for our group. We were told more kayaks were "already on the way." Meanwhile, we watched other customers launch themselves because nobody was helping them get into the water. There was another group with a 12:30 reservation sitting there with kayaks available, but instead of getting us on the river, we continued waiting. At around 1:35 PM, I called the office and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes. By then we were beyond frustrated. A manager eventually got involved, but instead of apologizing, she seemed irritated that we were upset. After more waiting and more promises that kayaks were "almost there," transportation finally returned around 2:15 PM with additional kayaks. Remember, our reservation was for noon. We had already spent over two hours waiting. The best part of the day was actually being on the river. The river itself was enjoyable, and once we finally got in the water, we had a good time. Then came the ending. When we reached the take-out point, three teenagers were checking people in. One of them stopped another group and immediately started asking for names so he could charge them a $75 late fee. Their reservation had also been at noon, and they were delayed because of issues caused by the company, not because they were late. The teenager literally told them that wasn't his problem. Then they started trying to charge our group the same $75 late fee. Absolutely not. After multiple customers complained and the manager was called, they finally admitted we didn't owe anything. The entire situation could have been avoided with basic organization, communication, and customer service. We had 4 adults, 2 older kids, and 2 younger kids and spent nearly $400. For that kind of money, customers shouldn't spend over two hours waiting because a company failed to have enough kayaks available for scheduled reservations. The river was nice. The staff experience was terrible. I've floated many rivers over the years and can honestly say this was the worst-run kayak rental operation I've ever dealt with.
