It is everything dreams are made of and totally worth the hype. If you're unfamiliar, I'd say Daiso is....Japanese Ikea mixed with 5 below and a splash of Dollar Tree. Unfortunately I visited about 30 minutes before close, which I think I needed an hour or hour and a half to see everything they have -- especially on the first trip. There are so many cute items ranging from decor, candy, toys, and activities. They had great household items that range from kitchen, garden, automotive and everything in between. I do wish the snack section was bigger with more variety but there are so many awesome things in this store I will survive. I was happy they had Aloha drinks, pocky, and takoyaki balls!

Register #3 light off and accepting customers when he yelled his register was open and not accepted the next customer In line. There were 5 people in front of me and at least 6 behind me. Employees don't talk they don't assist. Customers are amazed only one register is open and one customer literally growled. If you are looking for nice gifts, stuffed animals, and cute crafted items for a significant other, there is lots to see here. Many many nice quality stuff animals too at BARGAIN rates. I enjoy walking around in here now 1-2 times a month, and have met some nice people and vendors working there. Overall the cater is towards Hispanics, but I see people of all sorts walking around. Unfortunately I did not see thomas the tank engine, but percy the tank engine. Otherwise the store is a higher end dollar shop and has a lot of ipad/iphone accessory for cheap if you need that. Overall if you know what you are buying this can save you money but the selection is limited. Pros- nothing over 5 dollars, lots of phone accessories Cons- limited selection Hidden deals- It is already a 5 dollar store, what more can you ask if nothing is more than 5 bucks.
