The store is tucked away from Alta Mere Drive, so it's a bit hard to see from the main road, but it's in a strip mall that it has lots of empty store spaces. There is plenty of free parking. Like most Burlington stores, there's a little bit of everything here: clothes & shoes (for all ages, sizes, genders); house wares; jewelry; food items; furniture; garden items; etc. A perk is that since it's a smaller store, it won't take you as long to browse. I knew it was active and must've been an error on their end, so I kindly requested them to re-run it. Instead of rerunning it, the rep refused and said for me to call my insurance so he could help the customer behind me since they closed in 10min. The second time, they refused to run my insurance until the second shift after lunch even though I got there 5 minutes before the lunch break. I do not want to stop anyone from getting their lunch, but they had just helped the person right in front of me and I am accustomed to being served if I you're in line. And from a customer service perspective, you would think that they would support people getting their medication. I waited to after lunch in the parking lot until they reopened after lunch. Francis confirmed that my insurance was correct all along, that it wasn't entered correctly. So it was frustrating to know I could've gotten my prescription the first trip if I wasn't shewed off to help another customer. Although Francis was very kind and apologetic, I had already wasted 2 trips and had a delay in my medication for rectification.
