We use this location as an Amazon pickup for packages and to get medicine. Recently over the past…read morecouple months, we've had nothing but issues with getting packages. Everything was fine before. But then, Joan showed up. I have never met an individual more out of alignment for a position in customer service like Joan. With her flannel shirt and angry face, she finds a way to mess up package check-ins and checkouts like a professional menace. Kindness and professionalism escapes her faculties as she barks and snipes at processes, equipment, and yes, customers. Have a package arriving? Think again. Most likely it'll get refused by Joan and sent back to Amazon with no explanation. Ever since we mentioned the front team had significant delays at the front counter in releasing our packages to us due to scanners and staff, none of our packages have been delivered there and we have had to find and alternative drop point. With Joan around, you can be sure that your day will be dimmed, your time wasted, and faith in humanity crushed. Joan has to go, and she can take her flannel shirt with her. CVS, your customers deserve better. Hire anyone else.

I wish I could give this location a higher star rating but it's because of some of their employees,…read moreI can't. 4 employees out of all are friendly and helpful; Vicky, Patricia, the woman with the straight blonde hair w/colorful glasses and nails, and the woman with long, straight black hair. Those ladies are awesome! Always so happy to be helping others feel better. The other employees, not so much. The worse employee is the heavy set, older white lady. She has long grey/blonde hair. Light colored eyes. She never smiles, and seems like she hates her job and helping people. Also, their cleanliness isn't the greatest. I've seen employees cough into their hands, or touch their nose, then continue typing on the computer, or grabbing medications.

As supermarkets go - this one is REALLY good. Clean, great staff, the fresh produce is fresh and…read morethe selection is good. I really think that the reason is that there is strong competition over the road in the form of Safeway. During visits to both I have seen regular team meetings about the quality and presentation - competition is good! For me Smith's wins - it is lighter, brighter and feels newer and the Starbucks definitely wins in terms of seating, staff, comfort and service. Why not 5 stars? because like everywhere else in the general area they do not offer a salad bar which is DESPERATELY needed - I am not a health nut (Hell - I like fish and chips!) but sometimes you just need a good salad! Right??

Employees at this store are pretty nice, much more pleasant than the ones at the BHC location. And…read morethe renovation is really nice. Unfortunately however this store has a huge false advertising problem which is highly illegal. I bought a dress there about a month ago that was marked $11 as clearance. It rang up at $27!! Appalling. Tonight I bought a party size bag of Doritos from a big display of Doritos that had a big sign saying $5. However my receipt said they were $5.94. Because it's wrong for Walmart to cheat consumers like this and it was a waste of my time to have to go all the way to customer service to correct this, I just returned them. They are lucky no one has called AZ weights and measures on them!!!! Check your prices as you are checking out because if you don't catch all the wrong prices then you will need to go waste your time getting a refund at customer service. Just don't shop here unless you want to be cheated!
