First customer of the day, waiting to sell my used Dewalt Miter Saw. Was greeted by friendly employee who carried my saw from truck to business, very nice gesture in support of us seniors in the community. He proceeded through the protocols, I'd license, thumb print, did his quick research, and offered me a generous amount for my product. More than I expected. Highly recommend this business. And the beat goes on...... read more

I've always frequented Pawn Shops for the best deals & tools. The Ft. Mohave location is awesome. Friendly informed folks, fast to answer questions. The management has definitely been a big plus from the old management of 6+ years ago, the old guy was ok but these young guys are spot on with knowledge. read more

Awesome gun guy saved me at least $1000! I think his name was Tate. He's honest, straight forward, and wont sell you a gun that you arent looking for; just for the sale. I was going to buy a few guns in the past and if he hadnt stopped me; i would have bought something that i wouldnt have been happy with. I looked at the reviews on those guns and he was right! They had a ton of issues and some of their parts were expensive. Pawn Plus has no idea what they found. As long as he's there i will be a continuous customer. He's also certified and does tactical and gun training on the side. He knows his stuff and is the best salesman/advisor ive encountered. Most of their stock is lightly fired and almost new. read more

Awsum people great prices have always been their when I needed a little extra money Thank You

Giving this place a one star is being generous. Basically I needed some quick cash to pay a bill so I took a 23k Thai baht chain to get some cash. Melt value it was worth over $750. The manager tested it and everything I stated was real. So they graciously offered me $250 loan or buy. It wasn't even close to melt. $750 to $250. A $500 difference. I told the female manager what she had in her hands and she said it was all they would offer. So avoid this place. They will rip you off. BTW I didn't sell to them. Another store offered me $650 for it. read more

Scammers. So I wander in there to take a look around at what they have. Most things are the price of what the item would be NEW in retail stores, except their stuff is used, some very used. I did see their sign that DVDs are $1 each or 4 for $3. Ok, I'll check out some titles. Well, I found 4 to buy and went to the cashier. In typical "pawn fashion" he says, "Those DVDs are newer, so they'll be more than a $1." I point to the sign showing DVDs $1. He continues, "I can't let these go for $1, like this one has 2 discs." I say, "Its still one movie, the other disc is the special features/commentary nonsense no one cares about. So the DVDs are NOT $1 like the sign says" He says, "Yeah, the DVDs are $1....just that some are more expensive." SMH. Gotta love that "pawn logic" read more

I go into this shop about 2 times a week to get various item for my home and business needs( and guns). I always get good deals on my purchases and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Every once in a while I will pawn items to get some cash and I have never been disappointed with the offer they make. I would definitely recommend this location over any other pawn shops in town. read more

Hi, I'm writing this because I feel I was robbed by an employee at pawn plus and I think people should know who they're dealing with. Everyone know pawn shop under pay, then over charge massively just to make I profit. I don't have alot of valuables but I do have alot of movies. I'm a collector and take very good care of my movies. They all look brand new and if there is the slightest scratch I will get upset maybe even replace it. Well anyway, I was a regular customer at pawn plus in Fort Mohave... whenever I needed cash I'd pawn a few of my blue ray movies. They only give 1 to 2 dollars. Well, I was planning to move to California and I need cash to help with the move. I'd pawn my movies. I think 3 time 20, 40, then finally around 88 movies. That's 3 pawns. Every time, even before I planned on moving. This one guy would ask me if I wanted to sell them. Every single time, the same man would ask and every time I would say no man, I'm not getting rid of my movies, it took me years to collect them. Now, I lived in bullhead city, down the street from Mr. Pawn and the other pawn plus. I chose to drive to the Fort Mojave pawn plus because I liked the people there. I always did my business the. Well, when it came for me to move I had to get my movies out of pawn. I paid for all my pawns, got to California in my new place and began unpacking and I noticed I was missing some movies. Not 1, not 2, or 3 or 4... I was missing anywhere between 30 to 40 movies. I looked everywhere and couldn't find them. I didn't want to think anyone took them. Well, I still haven't found them and I now believe that guy who bugged me about selling them had taken them. Not only did they give me small change for the amount that I pawned but when I paid my pawns I Didn't get the correct number of movies back. So I guess you can say I got double ripped off.. I will never step another foot in there again. And I'm contacting the better business bureau. read more

I bought a laptop 5 days ago from this place.and the guy who sold it to me said that they went through all of their merchandise to make sure they are clear and that they are in proper working order. Well I'm very upset because I really liked this laptop. I had to put a keyboard on the screen because the one I thought I would use wouldn't type. If I pushed A I would get q if I pushed the number 1 button it simply just wouldn't type. This is not right as it has caused me info stress. I'm retired and I don't have money just to throw around like that. I'm hoping I can trade it in for something that does work. I also bought an amp for a guitar and I asked if it came with the cords. He says oh yeah right here. Well it was the cord to the amp only. Not a cord that plugs into the guitar. I feel I was misled on both items I purchased that day. I hope they will take the laptop back and give me something comparable. I really thought I was going to love my laptop. I loved the size I loved the touch screen. I realize I had 24 hours to take it back.. well that was impossible because of a situation in my life. read more

when you call them and ask them the value of your items youre trying to sell, they'll give you an estimate, then when you get there from 2 towns away they will give you a substantially lower price than what was quoted over the phone, total garbage, the shadiest "business" ive ever dealt with. read more
