The prices were relatively decent and the work was done swiftly. I was told they normally don't do same day pick up but they had all of our pieces ready for us in about two hours. I would recommend them to friends and family as well as personally do business with them in the future. Come to think of it, I have a few rings that need a diamond or two replaced. So I'll actually be paying them a visit very soon and look forward to them delivering quality work yet again.

The supervisor, Karla, told me she wasn't sure who approved the sale in the first place and mentioned the magazines weren't California compliant. I told her they could have simply removed the magazines, so I don't understand why it was listed and approved if they couldn't sell it. To make it worse, she told me the gun had been sold "20 minutes ago" even though I bought it around 20 hours before that. The whole situation just felt unorganized and misleading. If you're in California, be careful ordering online from here -- they may approve and charge you, then change the price and cancel after the fact. He likes fractional gold. He told me that if I did not need the cash right now to hold on the what I had. I pondered this for a few mins and came to agree with him. Both Jeff and George liked a collection I had of the "Aussie" collection a numbered limited edition that has two kilos of silver, two ounce gold coin and one ounce platinum coin.
