A true professional. For my healing experience, my eyebrows didn't peel much. I kept them hydrated with Aquaphor. They looked absolutely fabulous when I walked out and I continue to get lots of compliments on them. Thank you Chloeeee! For routine maintenance, I see her every 2 weeks for threading. I know I do!…read moreSo, I created my "Laughlin" bookmark & began searching for- Buffets, Comedy Shows, Billiards, Water Activities, Places to Shop, etc. And when I stumble upon Places to Shop- Laughlin Outlets is listed! This is when a tourist like myself digs in a bit more & searches for the shops at Laughlin Outlets. Pendleton!!! I did my research again & previewed Pendleton's website to check out prices- just to give me a comparison at the Outlet location. Even checked a third party store in Santa Ana, Ca. The Laughlin Outlet is truly amazing!!! I came to Shop for my 21 year old son (who didn't join us on this Laughlin trip)- and although I did call him to verify his size- I just really wanted to make sure my purchase here went smooth as possible. This is where Pendleton employees Deanna & Melani shined the brightest. I explained to both ladies my concerns- since we drove from San Diego. I wanted to see if there was a return policy (Yes! There is. Good til 60 Days from purchase- with tags on & original receipt). I was handed a business card w/ both of their names written on the back. They both mentioned if my son tries on the purchase when we arrive back in San Diego- I can also mail back the item(s) to Laughlin. I could also call them & do another phone purchase & they'd both be happy to send me photos via text to see what's available in his size. It just amazed me how Deanna & Melani made my visit here. They both took the time to explain to me the difference in Tall, Fitted, Cowboy styles. And obviously the cotton & wool selections. The prices here at the Outlet are amazing & you do save a good chunk of budget. NOT everything is discounted, mind you. But, Melani did mention this location has the biggest wool selection. There are blankets, throws, Women's Apparel, hats, socks, purses/ hand bags, wallets... to browse though. Colorful & quality merchandise!!! Thank you, Ladies!!

I did a little research on her and found that people were ordering and interacting with her. I ordered the item which was in stock and expected a shipping time frame. Jessica of Sun Kissed Ranch did not provide me with a shipping time; so I began asking for a tracking number. She generated a tracking number, but never shipped my item. Waiting the weekend, I checked again and found that USPS still had not received my item from her for shipping. I contacted her and requested she ship the item within 3 days or provide a refund. After sending me the initial tracking number she stopped responding to me. Being a wise shopper I had paid for this item via PayPal. After not hearing from Jessica I proceeded to figure out how I could get a refund for my item. I found that PayPal offers a purchase protection and resolution service. I proceeded to file a claim with them. With the initial claim the seller, Sun Kissed Ranch, had the opportunity to respond to my claim. She did not; thus, this allowed me to escalate the claim to PayPal and they began working to help me with a resolution. I don't know what PayPal said or did, I just know that within a matter of a few hours, from escalating my claim and PayPal contacting her, my item had been placed in the hands of the post office. I was very fortunate to have received my item. I credit it all to PayPal's purchase protection and dispute resolution. Be careful if you place an order with this business.

Half of the deals they advertise don't work when you get to the register. The guy working the…read moreregister has no idea how to honor coupons... there are a lot of unsavory characters coming in that live in the area and frequent the bikini bay bar in the same shopping center. I was a tourist staying at a nearby hotel and this was the only store around or I'd never ever had come, don't recommend it to anyone unless you want to get ripped off and deal with some serious loons both behind the register and customers in the store.
