A fellow customer had this one in his cart with the price of $399 (we actually helped each other put them in each other's carts). When I got to the checkout it rang up $449. The cashier told the manager that was the wrong price. The fellow customer a few lanes over had the same issue. Rang up $449. HE got HIS AC for $399, but- because my box didn't have a sticker- I was told I could either pay $449, or return it and go to Lowes. The manager actually said that to me: "yea, sounds like a good idea. Go to Lowe's." I was shocked! Never experienced customer service where the guy in the next lane pays one price and I pay another. The employee gestured that I needed to call corporate. In the pics, you'll see the SKU on the price on the box the fellow customer had matches the SKU on my return receipt. INSANE! Any other Ocean State. We have like ten around here. That lady should not be in a managerial position. She was rude, dismissive, WRONG, and about 3 days past due her shower/laundry rotation. DO BETTER OCEAN STATE. I went to Lowe's and will never support your business again.

Bad is customer services there, nobody knows anything really besides one or two people out of whole place. Be wary of the freezers here. Few times I have bought things to get home to see is bad.more than twice I had got Breyers ice cream that was bad clearly and priced at 8.50 ish when Walmart is 4.50ish. They have been very pricey on many items. The Hamburg is always brown in the middle like they repack day before meats with adding fresh meat to outer layer to look pink again. These are just some of the issues. Then you got the most miserable probably divorced ‍ manager/supervisor lady I ever met. All the kids working there are fearful of her cuz how mean she is. The things I heard come out of her mouth while in store, wow in my many years being part of the community surrounding the market. Wonder who she did or what she did to get the position. Best of luck to all who need to go there for some last things which is why I do. Be safe! Hope this helps but everything else is ok

So anyway, I googled radiator covers, thinking that I would order something online and was amazed to find a local shop that specialized in them. I called immediately, and from my very first conversation with Sandi, I have had the BEST experience with craftspeople that I can remember. Sandi is funny, smart, has a wonderful eye. She is also very kind and patient, advising me through the process. She also matched the stain used throughout my house perfectly, which required mixing together 8 different tints! And she kindly made extra so that I could stain a piece of stair railing that had been replaced previously but never stained. My three radiator covers are just beautiful pieces of furniture that I am proud to have in my house. Sandi and Dan were a pleasure to work with, and are incredibly cool people, living an honest and creative life. If you are looking for any kind of custom furniture, you would do well to contact Sandcastle.
