I thought at first that this place would only carry certain licensed products but it turns out, they have a variety of everything from home items, food (some very interesting snacks and all sorts of instant noodles), beauty supply, some election of art supply, snacks (worth mentioning twice), and Hello Kitty/Sanrio items! Everything was less than $3 except for when it had a value in Yen then you can look up the equivalent price in sheets they've posted everywhere or you can ask the friendly staff, if you're unsure. The staff were helpful and super nice. Needless to say, I came in for a couple of items and came out with way more than what I anticipated on buying. I bought some Sanrio gift items and stickers for my friend and her daughter, which was my true purpose for going in but I ended up with a large bag full of snacks and instant noodles as well. Go figure. I can't wait to come back!

When I walked in I was a bit confused on the prices as they were in yin. While the signs did offer a better understanding with currency converters the lovely sales associate explained it politely on how the store works. If you want to get a little taste Japan from the US you can step into here and have a ball. The selection off Japanese food and drinks was quite impressive and I absolutely love the glassware section. This places has a little bit of everything to tickle your fancy. However, I did note a few changes from when I used to come here a lot. 1. This location is much more organized than it used to. They keep it clean and orderly. I could spend a whole day browsing and way too much money. 2. Their shoes department has so many selection and quite a number of clearance items, too! 3. Their pet aisles have a lot of good toy options. I recently got a new pup and I have been looking for a place with good quality toys and treats and visiting this location, I was not disappointed and neither is my new corgi! From small toys to treats to beds and food bowls, they really have a lot here for a great price. Lastly, the associates are friendly. Check out was quick and the lady was very nice. Being an older couple, they didn't register anywhere, but everyone deserves a shopping experience at C&B. I may have been shopping primarily for them, but I took a little time to shop for myself, too. My flatware is over 25 years old and a couple pieces have gone MIA. So I took a quick look at what they had to offer. I found a set that I really liked and it made me wish I was getting married, so I could register for a complete set of Fusion Satin Flatware. To be honest, I've been shopping for new flatware for a while and what I found at C&B is the best. I'll be honest, I found less expensive at Target and Costco, but I'll pay the price for quality and style. When I'm dining at home, I want the experience to be as if I was dining in a restaurant. No matter what department you're shopping, the staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. I always joke with the staff that I can do more damage shopping alone, than with their help.

When in St. Louis... skip the Arch and hit HomeGoods! Hehehehe!…read more I came to St. Louis to visit family, but the real attraction wasn't the sights or the food. It was the glowing beacon of joy known as HomeGoods. I walked in with "just a peek" in mind and walked out emotionally torn over a full cart I couldn't possibly fit in my suitcase. I spotted a beautiful vase, a gold glitter decanter, and somehow ended up debating if I could carry a floor plant onto the plane like it was an emotional support item. Sigh! The store was clean, well-organized, and filled with everything I didn't know I desperately needed. I ended up letting my mom buy what she needed as I had no space in my luggage.
