The issue lies is my husband specifically paid an extra $187.00 for them to set it up. They arrived with the couch in boxes and told him that they don't set up. When he called the woman at the store she tried telling him he didn't pay for it when he had the contract pulled up in front of him. The drivers and the store said they aren't setting it up and left with the couch in boxes. Never again will we get furniture from them. The only good thing is that they delivered and had the couch that we ordered on the day they said they would. But their customer service is not good at all.

Still, this store is almost chronically understocked or sold out of items as it's a very busy store. The biggest problem is with the new Ollie's checkout design, as it's a major problem for this store. It has created a huge fire hazard. With this store's layout, you have to go through the checkout no matter what to leave and with the lines this store often has, there's no clear and easy exit. Great to prevent shoplifting, but not great if you are just browsing or if an emergency would occur. They also keep one of the entrances doors locked, so you can't go back out. With the traffic, stock, and store layout...just go to the Ollie's on Tilghman Street instead. It's a much better store.
