When I returned on 12/22/25, two managers refused to take ownership of what was clearly a Target system issue and repeatedly told me to call Target's 1-800 number and Nintendo instead of resolving it in-store. I had to argue and advocate for myself before they finally fixed the issue--something that should have been handled immediately. Extremely poor management, wasted time, and zero accountability.
