It's absolutely what I'd call a one stop shop but I did notice that a lot of their smaller sizes, at least within the women's items, were not in stock. Mind you I did go right after Christmas so possibly that's the reason but I did end up getting a phenomenal cow print faux fur jacket that stretches from shoulders to toes and my friend also got one too. It was listed at a fantastic sale price and there was no question once I found out it was discounted that we both HAD to have it-- and now that it's home with me, I absolutely don't regret it and cannot wait to wear it! It's incredibly strange I lost my charging cable when I had locked it inside my Pacsafe hip bag while flying . . . Hmmmm~ Weird. Anyway, I bought an upgraded, ten-foot, lightning, charging cable. The charging cable is more heavy-duty, thicker; it's black, wrapped with the same material as an industrial, extension cord verses the charging cable I lost was wrapped in some sort of corded, cotton cloth, flimsy material. Moreover, I can never find a ten-foot lightning charging cable in Placerville, Sacramento, Roseville, Rancho Cordova or any of the Bay Area Big Lots Stores: Oddly, this Big Lots Store has a plethora of items I have YET seen in other Big Lots Stores' inventory.

Store was fully stocked, and staffed with many helpful people. I was looking for something slightly special (gum agar) and thought Sprouts might have it. I was strolling the store and several workers asked if I needed help. I said I was looking for something, if I couldn't find it I'd come ask...and eventually that's what I did. The woman who helped me was efficient and interested in what I was looking for...and she found it! I'm so glad I didn't have to go to additional stores OR resort to Amazon. The woman at checkout was cherry and engaging...I detest self checkout because having nice little encounters is what makes the difference in the day. So don't forget Sprouts is now in CC. Wide variety of items, nice "do-able" size store. Everything from food ready to eat all the way to esoteric ingredients! (I needed the agar to make balsamic pearls!)

Her customer service was pure excellence, and she was efficient and quick. We observed her with the customer ahead of us, who was elderly, and she was very accommodating to him.
