I think having just better lighting would help, the whole place was extremely dark. Someone needs to go around with a duster or cloth and just wipe some of the products/shelves, they look dirty and dusty. There are some haphazardly placed items all over the place - and not very much household/clothing items. When we first walked in there was 1 couch and 1 chair for sale, then the first front wall had some random garden/outdoor equipement. There was 1 baby stroller, about 2 racks of clothing and the rest was mostly non perishable food items. If you are in need of condiments, canned food, cereals, and the like they have a decent selection although most items are expired. I was not expecting the best selection, but some items like medication/vitamines/baby accessories and baby sunscreens for example should not be sold if they are past their due date. Although it's cheap, I don't know why anyone would risk using expired sunscreen on their baby without knowing if it's effective? That's the kind of item I would not buy, I don't want to risk a sunburn on my sensitive baby's skin. I was hoping to find some hidden treasures and thought perhaps this place could be like Ollie's bargain bin but our party of 4 left feeling sketched out. Won't be returning, there isn't enough stuff and nothing of value.

This is a fairly unique store that offers left over merchandise that's been rotated out of stores…read more It's typically sold for discounts of 30 to 50% off retail sometimes more. It is not a full retail shopping experience so don't measure it that way. It's a great way to shop for bargains if you are flexible and open minded.

The volunteers are always so helpful and seem to enjoy each other and their customers. Plus! Their jeans are $5 and most tops range from $3-$10. Shopping here feels like I'm doing good while snagging that adorable Coach Bag (that I don't need :) for $40. Always Something new to look at. I can spend hours here

KEEP ALL JEWELRY BEHIND THE COUNTER IF YOU ARE TRYING TO STOP THE WAR ON PETTY THEFT! I've been coming here for almost 20 years and I've about had it with being trolled physically every dang time I'm trying to shop. I've spent SO much money in your store over the years and I'm pretty grossed out when I'm being stood next to, almost touching, inspecting my hands... not once, but many times during my visit. It's unprofessional and sooooo off putting. You are alienating loyal customers and it NEEDS to stop! When standing at the counter with my friend, I was looking at jewelry. I passed an item for her to look as well as that's typically what ladies do when shopping together. Whomever was helping me noticed that I was no longer holding the specific item she mentally noted I was holding 10 seconds prior and, with volume said, " Where is the item you were just holding? " My friend placed it back on the counter, " Sorry, just looking..." as if she was somehow wrong for checking out an item she was possibly interested in purchasing. If you're that worried as an establishment that your donated items are being taken right before your eyes.... then STOP selling jewelry. Get a guard.... better camera's..... either way, STOP harassing customers that have done nothing wrong!
