Their inventory is "on point" but someone from that pharmacy has stolen my medication or made a huge mistake. I don't believe this is the first time they've done it to me. I just think it's the first time I caught on. The owner mark, was respectful I guess but also just sadly inconsiderate & refuses to take accountability. I'm missing 30 pills from my script. It is a controlled substance, regardless I need my medication or i could have seizures due to not having it. I reported the pharmacy to the DEA , my insurance company is also filing with the DEA. If you use this pharmacy i suggest you find a new one before this one gets shut down. It's upsetting because I loved the little family owned business & small pharmacies. It's a shame I've been using this pharmacy for years and the quality and personable ability is just completely gone. Straight downhill past few months. It really is a shame. I will not be using this pharmacy again. EVER!! & as much as I'd hate to see a small family business go down , I'd hate to see someone else have to deal with this awful experience. There's no justification for messing with a persons medications who unfortunately have to depend on these medications to live a normal life. Some accountability and compassion would be nice!
